My sister and I stayed here for 3 nights this week. The first and final night, we slept pretty well; the bed is comfy and outside is pretty quiet thanks to the location. However, on the second night, a lot of people must have been leaving early as we kept hearing chairs being dragged, things being dropped and wheels being... More

Really nice hotel staff speak good English supermarket next door and 2 fantastic Italian authentic restaurants very close. Ask staff how to find and use the metro and bus as these cost 1euro to centre but taxi is 25-30 Fantastic hotel only problem we had is its just a little to far out and a lot of the taxi drivers... Its quite a way from any of the Rome tourist attractions and its definitely not quaint city centre, but if you have business or other reason to be in the area its clean, comfortable and good value - bit like a travelodge really. There is a small bar and the breakfast buffet was reasonable and the wifi is free and... More

The hotel it's self is clean and stylish. However the staff were ruse in arrival and got charged early check in fee. when checking out they had us down as another couple and had the details wrong. It states they have a bar, wrong !! More like a room with a sofa in it. We waited 15 mintues waiting for... More

Dear customer, we are sorry for the inconvenience you had during your stay. About the disruption of the bar we have no excuse, we are in fact providing so what happened does not happen again. Regarding the breakfast instead we seem impossible to you that there was sufficient choice. The other customers who stayed before you have never reported this... More

Just had an amazing 3 nights here. Room was clean and spacious, the staff were very helpful and friendly, breakfast was what one would expect from a continental style however maybe offering toast would be an option? Apart from that we would definitely look to stay again :)

The blond lady at the desk was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ordinary, good but nothing special. What I found very strange and bothering was the stone floor of the rooms. It is pretty cold if there is no floor heating (there wasn't) and everything becomes louder from the neighboring rooms or from above - women's shoes' noises or... More

Dear Guest, Thank you so much for your comment. We know that the floor can be annoying in the cases you described but we chose it because we want to offer the highest level of cleaning and sanitizing surfaces. Unfortunately a floor with the carpet is definitely quieter but even dirtier. Most people who have stayed at the hotel Artis... More

The hotel is about 40 minutes from the centre of Rome, but if you want to avoid the crowds and actually sleep, its great choice. Its located in an area that appears to be quite run down but the hotel itself is very modern, clean and friendly. The staff are very helpful and gave good advice on what to see,... More

Although this hotel appears to be a bit out of the way, the staff were extremely helpful in advising what bus to catch, what stops to use and how to get to the nearest Metro into the centre. The Hotel is a couple minutes walk from the bus stop which takes you to Sabaugusta Metro Station. From there you can... More

We stayed in this hotel in November as a 'romantic getaway' in Rome. It was a nice experience. The hotel was clean and of nice decoration. Staff were helpful and the only down point was the small dining area and even smaller variety of food. We had a nice stay over all but i would have preferred to be a... More

It's a modern, clean, brand new and comfortable hotel. Friendly and very helpful English-speaking staff. Free wifi (with good signal) and free parking is a definitely a plus. And of course the early booking price for a double room including breakfast for 39 euros! -Breakfast was not what you expect from a 4* hotel
