Stayed here a week on holiday with partner. Had room on 7th floor. Didn't have a view of Rome, but a little terrace with covered railings but we got a view of back of hotel??!! We had a conservatory with table and chairs in though but a view from here would have helped. We ended up sitting on 7th Floor... More

Simply put this hotel is exceptional across a wide variety of criteria... location, service, rooms, restaurants, staff... all amazing. We checked in on a Sunday night and were upgraded to a corner room with a small balcony overlooking the Spanish Steps. Bed was a sea of high thread count sheets and pillows. Bathroom had jacuzzi tub, shower, separate area for... More

we had our wedding in the Hassler and it was outstanding. the service was impeccable and views are the best we have ever seen. everyone was really accomodating and the food was sublime. our room was a suite with a private roof terrace looking directly over the spanish steps and again, phenominal views. We planned our trip to Italy as part of our cruise through the Med. Our embarkation port was Civitevecchia, which is a port city, and apparently not somewhere nice to stay. Rome was apparently only a 30 minute drive from the Port, and my wife and I wanted to experience the City with our two young girls, aged 7 &... More

We go to Italy every summer to visit family and on the way stop in Rome for a few days at the Hassler. The rooms are absolutley beautiful and the service impeccable. Each room has it's own personality and the sheets and pillows are to die for. You will not want to get out of bed. It is also the... More

The Hassler is a top hotel with a great location, at the top of the Spanish steps in Rome. The rooms are nice and the breakfast buffet was great. The staff was helpful and guided me to several great modestly priced restaurants for dinner. It is great for a romantic stay. The only problem I had was when they asked... More

we were very impressed with everything about this hotel; what a class act. we arrived amidst a taxi strike, and the hotel seamlessly arranged for their hotel limo to take us to an appointment - at taxi rates. the hotel room was glorious. breakfast was fabulous in their garden restaurant, and we were wowed by our dinner at Imago -... The Hassler has an old world feel to it - elegant, sedate, filled with antiques and heavy fabrics. The service is a bit stand offish - but nothing that an introductory tip doesn't cure. The housekeeping excellent, room service and maintenance fast and efficient, front desk very accommodating. The breakfast buffet on the main floor courtyard has enough selection of... More

Just back from 3 nights at the Hassler. Location unbeatable - right at the top of the Spanish Steps. If you have a view of same so much the better - views otherwise would be non-existent. Room nicely furnished with all you need and very comfortable bed. It was my 40th birthday and the hotel sent up a bottle of... More
