After booking our hotel (which according to the website was a 4 star, we were absolutely DISGUSTED at the room, cleanliness is awful, the room itself which is a "superior double room" is approx 8ft x 10ft, the shower doesn't work, the TV doesn't work, the staff are rude and our "free shuttle transfer" cost us €40!! I will upload... More

We had a very pleasent stay in this hotel as we were celebrating my husbands 30th birthday. The room was small but cosy, the bathroom was very nice and we loved the jacuzzi-bathtub! The breakfast was so good, exellent for the scandinavian taste! The shuttlebus service worked excellent, although we had to wait about one hour because of a traficjam.... More

Just stayed four nights in Rome. Wonderful time, met some lovely people. To avoid the queues at the Vatican get there early. Breakfast at the Atlante Star Hotel was always a treat . We just loved the roof top every night having a few drinks, watching the night life pass us by. Definitely stay her again its a must with... More

Not sure i should be posting this as it might let out a secret! We didn't stay here but it felt like we did as we spent quite a bit of our time here. Staff we very friendly & accommodating. They even put some flowers in water for friends we were visiting that night! The prices were ok apart from... More

We stayed at the Atlante Star for four nights in early September. It's located about 12 -15 min from a metro stop and about a 7-10 min walk from the Vatican. The hotel has an amazing rooftop patio with wonderful views of St Peter's Basilica. A good buffet breakfast is included in a dining room with large windows that also... More

When we first arrived my fiancé said "I hate it" and I think it was shock at how old and small the room was. BUT as our trip went on she began to "quite like" our little room and I think in the end she was sad to leave it! The location is perfect as you are 10 minute stroll... More

Stay at Hotel for 10 nights. Room was small but clean and comfortable. Staff were helpful and kind. The location of the hotel was awesome. It was approximately a five minute walk to St Peters. The hotel has a great 360 roof but you are not allowed to bring your own food or drinks. The mini market across the street... More

Booked as part of a package and wanted a central tourist location for a short break. This was ideal, picked up at the Airport, whisked to the hotel, a quick wash and brush up and 10 mins later wandering St Peters Square as the Sun went down. As a family we had a suite two rooms |(plus bathroom) good space... More

We booked the hotel through booking platform and got a confirmation that breakfast was included. On the last day the front office employee told us that that was not true and that we had to pay for breakfast. He was very arrogant, told us that he was not interested in our confirmation and didn't help us sort out the problem.... More

Dear customer We are so sorry about your accident, but we are not responsible for it as our front office employee has just told you. According to the reservation we reiceved, the room you booked was without breakfast service. Maybe it was a system booking error of the travel agency where you booked; we tried to contact the travel agency... More

The hotel was perfectly located. We were minutes from St Peters Square, 30 minute walk from Coliseum. Hotel was clean, amazing view from roof top and staff were helpful. Breakfast was a nice start to your day. Rooms were small but we spent no time in our room. Rooms were clean and air conditioning worked great. I loved that they... More
