Choose this one by location. Before trip got e-mail from hotel, the asked if we want them organize transport from airport. Yes we did. There was driver waiting, carry all the luggage and drive us to hotel with his nice Merc. Good service with price of taxi (almost). At the hotel good service on the front desk. Stairs to lobby... Great location to explore the city. The rooms are spotless and the breakfast was more than enough to start your day. I will stay here everytime when in Rome. You cannot beat the value when you compare it to the dated Rome hotels.

Stayed at Les Fleurs for 3 nights (Thursday - Sunday) and was not disappointed. Location is amazing, beautiful cobbled street of designer shops, restaurants and boutiques. We stayed in the Junior Suite which was stunning and complete with jacuzzi shower. Breakfast was good and staff attentive, nothing was too much trouble. As mentioned by others, if you have difficulty with... More

This place is clean comfortable. The reception staff are very friendly and accommodative. The location is in mid town right across the Spanish steps. Please bare in mind this is a bed and breakfast therefore I would rate it as a great one. I would recommend this place for any young couple visiting Rome as it has the best of... More

The location of this bed and breakfast is outstanding. Whilst so close to the Spanish steps and designer stores, was very quiet at night time. The breakfast was good and the manager very helpful (thank you). Some great restaurants near by. Safe neighbourhood.

Great place (next to piazza di spagna), very helpful staff, nice breakfast, wifi, shopping area nearby, clean place. No elevator to the rooms (2 floor-building), no 24h reception, small rooms, noisy area especially during daytime. Nice choice overall

This Luxury House is in a perfect location which is a great bonus to explore rome. We arrived and was greeted by a pleasant friendly and helpful gentleman. The bedroom was comfortable clean and modern. Breakfast lovely. The stairs may cause problems to some people. Overall enjoyed our stay here and it is a great base to explore a beautiful... More

My Husband and I stayed at this hotel during our stay in Rome on our trip to Europe. Out of all the cities we visited this was our best hotel stay. The is walking distant form the Spanish Steps, Fontana di trevi, the subway (metro) and many other attractions and shopping areas. The hotel is clean, modern and offers a... More

My wife and I stayed here for two nights at the end of November before a cruise. The first thing is that the location is fantastic. You are just off Via Condotti and about 100 metres from the Spanish Steps. On arrival we were met by very friendly staff who spoke very good English. A nice touch was a bottle... More

We stayed a couple of nights before a cruise. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the Spanish Steps area with lots of restaurants nearby, as well as designer stores. A great base for exploring the ancient city. The rooms are compact and bijou and are reached by climbing stairs - no elevator, even for your luggage. The... More

Staying in Campo Marzio

Neighborhood Profile
Campo Marzio
From its original role as ancient army training fields to its present-day identity as one of the city’s most desirable neighborhoods, the Campo Marzio is the best place to get lost in Rome. Gorgeous Renaissance and Baroque palazzos line the streets, and are filled with enticing boutiques and food shops. By day, Rome’s best-dressed denizens criss-cross its streets in a fashionable parade of errands, occasionally pausing to look fabulous in gorgeous piazzas like San Lorenzo in Lucina. Campo Marzio can be a bit of a sleeper after aperitivi hour (9pm), so visit by day and experience the pulse of daytime Rome.
