This is a wonderful apartment, clean and quiet, yet in a beautiful upscale area just a few steps away from the Spanish Steps and the Metro station. The kitchen was great, and we were able to save money by eating some meals in. A nearby grocery store made this easy.

This was my husband and I first time in Italy. We felt very lucky to have found Banuino 127 Guest House. The location was just perfect. Very short walk to the beautiful Spanish Steps, lots of great Restaurants, shopping, and tourist attraction visits. Our host was wonderful, delightful and full of local and helpful information. Will definitely be coming back.

Excellent accommodation at a very reasonable price. Room was very clean with excellent on suite facilities. Super breakfast at a local bakery. Main plus was the position just one minute's walk from the Spanish Steps and all the sites were within very easy walking distance. Hotel situated in good shopping area. Would re book Babuino 127 if re visiting Rome.

2 minutes walk from Spanish steps and metro. Rooms as advertised, very clean and spacious. Kitchen/breakfast facilities good with tea, coffee, biscuits available all day. Yves was always on hand with directions, suggestions and advice. Would highly recommend. Excellent value for money. Superb selection of restaurants on your doorstep and designer shops galore. Don't go anywhere else.

Close to Spanish Steps, Metro, Restaurants and Food Stores. Good value for location. The owner and Yves the desk clerk were very helpful. Very clean in general. Very limited selection for breakfast. We enjoyed our stay.

We booked a suit that was supposed to be larger than the rest of the rooms advertised on the site. The apartment was at the different location, however, very central. The apartment was located on the 2nd floor and had no lift which created a problem with the luggage. There was only one key given which limited our freedom (I... More

We were able to walk from one end of Old Rome to the other quite comfortably. It is close to the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Piazza di Popolo, Piazza Nazionale as well as an interesting stroll to the Roman Forum ruins and the Coliseum. Comfortable rooms with no fuss.

The location maybe the best in Rome. Walking distance to all the major attractions and sites. Babuino 127 was like having a very nice home in the center of Rome. The room was very clean and extremely comfortable. Yves was very helpful and booked us online tickets for the Vatican. He gave us useful information on how to navigate around... More

Place was nice; only problem was the bed. There was a valley in the middle of the bed. The young man that showed us our room was extremely helpful. Very close to the Spanish steps and lots of restaurants nearby.

Staying in Campo Marzio

Neighborhood Profile
Campo Marzio
From its original role as ancient army training fields to its present-day identity as one of the city’s most desirable neighborhoods, the Campo Marzio is the best place to get lost in Rome. Gorgeous Renaissance and Baroque palazzos line the streets, and are filled with enticing boutiques and food shops. By day, Rome’s best-dressed denizens criss-cross its streets in a fashionable parade of errands, occasionally pausing to look fabulous in gorgeous piazzas like San Lorenzo in Lucina.
