The location couldn't be beat - we could see Trevi Fountain if we leaned out our window. Large bathroom with huge shower, room was a great size, and room service breakfast came with fresh fruit, pastries and cappuccino. We walked everywhere in Rome from here, and it was very convenient. We had heard great things about the owner Francesca (sister... More

We stayed here with our 3 teenage boys (in two rooms) for 4 nights. We got lost on our way from the metro to the hotel and staff member Francesca came to find us and escort us personally to the hotel. The townhouse is amazingly central (although sadly, the fountain itself is undergoing renovations for some months and therefore not... More

We stayed here on our previous trip to Italy two years ago, and there was no question we would stay here again on this trip. The location is very central and major sites (except the Vatican) are all within walking distance. The room this time was even larger than last visit (it was under construction on our last visit), and... More

We celebrated my husband's 70th birthday in Rome and booked The Town House Di Trevi because of its location. It was a pity that the Trevi Fountain was under renovation when we arrived on 1st December but this did not detract from the excellent position of The Townhouse. We were able to walk everywhere and, as has been said in... More

We stayed here for 2 nights with our two children, aged 9 and 6. Our room had a decent sized bedroom - room enough for a king sized bed, a single sofa bed and a pull out single bed plus room to walk between. This was accessed through a hall off which was a shower room, and small but very... More

Town House Fontana di Trevi is located on a small street which we had difficulty finding. From FCO, where our plane arrived around 9:00 AM, we took the train to Statione Termani, purchased a Metro Pass, and took a bus which had a stop near Town House Fontana di Trevi. This was a mistake; we should have taken the Metro... More

We stayed for 4 nights in the Jacuzzi room in early September and it was great! First of all, this is a centrally-located hotel. You can see the Trevi Fountain (under renovation) from the room's window. We walked EVERYWHERE! Walked from the hotel to the Spanish Steps, Piazza de Popolo, Colosseum, San Giovanni Laterano, the Pantheon, and even the Vatican.... More

We had an amazing experience at this hotel. The location is great, a 15 or 30 min walk to everything you'd want to see in Rome. The staff was extremely welcoming and nice. The rooms were a nice size, clean and modern. It was a good price for being in the center of Rome. We took a taxi from the... More

We are not as a rule, big fans of B&Bs and tend to stay with large hotel chains, but I'm so glad we picked this one! The suite was beautifully renovated, spotlessly clean and the location could simply not have been better! Francesca and Lola were there whenever we needed them with answers to every question we had. They also... More

We stayed for two nights and had a wonderful time. It's a great location with everything in walking distance and Francesco and the team were great at providing really helpful advice. Highly recommended and good value for Rome which is a beautiful city.

Staying in Trevi

Neighborhood Profile
Trevi
A non-stop photo and souvenir opportunity, Trevi is all about action. From early morning through the wee hours, the piazza surrounding Trevi Fountain hosts a never-ending flow of tourists hoping to make a wish or take a selfie. Clever restaurants, charming gelaterias, uncanny bars, kitsch shops, and a range of hotels make up the local landscape. Beneath the bustle are the remains of an ancient neighborhood that you can visit by heading over to a repertoire cinema and asking for a peek underground. There is something for everyone, but if peace and quiet are what you seek, plan to visit in the early morning hours.
