Be Advised: Townhouse Spagna is not a licensed hotel. It consists of rented private rooms located in a portion of the 1st floor of an old building-with the floors above being used as apartments for city residents. Wow! What a wonderful surprise. My friend and I arrived and couldn't believe our luck! Such a gorgeous new room with beautiful new bathroom. Located perfectly in the centre of Rome. Stayed here for 3 nights and loved it! Very friendly staff! Quiet location but close enough to all the main attractions. Is about 3 mins to Spanish steps, 25 mins to vaticum and colloseum.
