My wife and I had the pleasure of staying at "A piece of Rome" for 4 nights, Daniele and Simona were excellent they were very friendly and very helpful, Daniele arranged for a taxi from the airport and gave us great advise on where to go in Rome. We would not hesitate to recommend "A piece of Rome" to family... More

We found this B&B when we called their sister facility, A View of Rome, to book a room. Danielle, the owner, told us that "A View" was fully booked, but he did have space in A Peace of Rome, about 300 meters down the road. After speaking with him we thought this would be a good alternative. Danielle gave us... More

We have just come home from our time in Italy. We spent the first 4 days at "A Peace of Rome". We were welcomed like family. Daniele, Livio and Simona couldn't have been more helpful. The location is excellent - we walked everywhere but the Metro is conveniently located if you prefer not to walk. We ate in the local... More

Stayed 4 nights at this new B&B 25 Sep-28 Sep 2010 and could not have been more pleased! There were so many well-thought out details that made our stay comfortable: stylish modern decor with cool white and lime green color scheme, white-washed wood flooring, dimmers on bedside lamps, mirrors on closet doors, comfortable bed with nice linens, wonderful rain-shower shower... My girlfriend and me stayed in a Peace of Rome this July and were really impressed by the beautiful building, combined with the even greater clean and tasteful interior. The location is great, close to the vatican. The price is very reasonable. The quality of the hotel is only topped by the friendlyness of Daniele and Livio. We enjoyed the... More

Reserved double room with 2 Queen beds--it was large, bright, quiet and clean. Daniele and Simone were very helpful. Daniele used his cell to call our rental car place in Bari, to advise that our train would make us a bit late for the car pickup--a great relief for us. Yes, breakfast was across the street and rather light, but... More

We stayed here for 3 nights in early August. What a gem. Perfect location. We walked to many sites, including the Vatican. Danielle was so helpful with telling us where to go and how to get around. The rooms were perfect. Brand new. Extremely clean. Quiet. Just perfect. We got to see a lot of the rooms and they wee... More

We had a fabulous 4 days in Rome in Sept. and a large part of that was down to the hospitality and helpfulness we received from Daniele, Livio and Yvette. The B & B is new and decorated in a fresh, modern style. The rooms are a good size as is the bathroom. It is in a lovely quiet neighbourhood... More

Coming from the Business Development side of travel and dealing with majority 5* hotels day in day out you could probably say I have high standards when it comes to hotels and the service they provide my valid Clients. Booking - Like others, I was made aware by Daniele that "A view from Rome" was 100% over the leave period... More

Staying in Prati

Neighborhood Profile
Prati
Just steps away from the chaos of the center, Prati is the closest Rome gets to calm. Meticulously planned in a neat grid, quite unlike neighboring Borgo, Prati is a local favorite for its aesthetic organization and wide streets lined with a range of boutiques for every shopping fantasy. Nonnis pushing baby carriages and gossiping teens own every inch of the sidewalk, but that’s only during business hours. Once the sun sets, quirky sidestreet bars celebrate aperitivo hour, those evening cocktails that help wash away the tensions of Roman life.
