Beside having a good location with clean, spacious and well decorated rooms, what makes this b&b special is its well informed and friendly staff!! They would offer you suggestions on your sightseeing itinerary and even where to eat to sample good Italian food. Overall it was an excellent experience. Indeed it feels like a home away from home! Special thanks... More

My experience at a Peace of Rome was absolutely amazing. The staff was warm, welcoming and extremely helpful. Unlike a 5 star hotel, we were given special attention since it is a small establishment. They guided us regarding tours, places to eat and key places to visit. The rooms were clean and had an amazing view. The location was perfect... More

I meant to review this last year - only now finding the time to make my comments. A Peace of Rome, what a great B&B and such fantastic value. Great location, close to the Vatican, easy walking distance into Rome. Nice, clean room, close to a few great cafes and not too far from the metro line. Lovely area and... More

Good value for the money, room was warm, which was nice given the temperature. Room was very clean, restroom clean, decor in room charming. WiFi needs to be fixed. Friendly staff, really interested in whether we were having a good time. No street noise.

A Peace of Rome,, is an excellent choice to stay. Has great service, nice and clean rooms, i few blocks away from the Vatican City and a metro line. The neighborhood is also very nice as it has lots of restaurants, pizza places, coffee shops and commerce. Without a doubt, i recommend A Peace of Rome, Daniel and Simone are... More

This is our third visit and we always feel relaxed both in the B&B itself and in the surrounding area. It was our first visit in winter and, although, there was some rain the lack of heat and crowds was a big bonus. Although within easy walking distance of the Vatican and Castel Angelo the area has a local rather... More

This is an amazing little B&B in Rome, perfect for exploring the city. I stayed over New Years, and had a brilliant time. We found the B&B with no real problems, and was checked into our room - super clean, spacious and well equipped. Our host, Simone, was so lovely and helpful - THANK YOU SIMONE!! She really makes the... More

We had a wonderful experience in this hotel. The staff is there to help you anytime and this in a completely natural way. They give you the best advices for monuments and museum visits as well as restaurants. The rooms are new and clean. Really perfect. Very quiet place, 8 min. walk from the Vatican. Highly recommended.

Staying in Prati

Neighborhood Profile
Just steps away from the chaos of the center, Prati is the closest Rome gets to calm. Meticulously planned in a neat grid, quite unlike neighboring Borgo, Prati is a local favorite for its aesthetic organization and wide streets lined with a range of boutiques for every shopping fantasy. Nonnis pushing baby carriages and gossiping teens own every inch of the sidewalk, but that’s only during business hours. Once the sun sets, quirky sidestreet bars celebrate aperitivo hour, those evening cocktails that help wash away the tensions of Roman life.
