We stayed here with some family and friends just before going on a Cruise. Even before we stayed all of the e-mail correspondence and booking procedure was really amazing. The B&B is situated very close to the Vatican so it makes and ideal base to explore that area. It was very clean and the rooms bright and airy. Simona welcomed... More

We loved the area around the hotel (nice houses & large trees, nice cafes & good restaurants). Moreover, you can explore the center by foot. The rooms were clean and functional (nothing special and individual). Since it is quiet, you can sleep well at nights. I think that it is an advantage not having breakfast included because you will find... More

After returning this past May to a Peace of Rome for another visit at this simply perfect-for-us B&B, we again must sing its praises. When in Rome, we stay either here or at the sister establishment, A View of Rome. Daniele, Livio and Simona are responsible for operating these accommodations in a way that meets the highest standards for rooms... More

My family has stayed at a Peace of Rome twice: once in 2013 and once in 2015. The entire staff is excellent: Daniele, Simona, and I forget the other person.. Bottom line is the staff is very responsive and attentive. The rooms are clean, in a great area close to the Vatican but far enough away that you feel like... More

Spent 5 Days at A Peace of Rome and loved it. All locations easily accessible by public transport and all the staff are friendly and helpful but never in your face. Nothing is a problem for Simona, Livid and Daniel. The soundproof windows are a big bonus. A very safe neighbourhood and a perfect place to lay your weary body... More

The property is beautiful and the rooms very comfortable-really enjoyed having the air conditioning. The staff we met (Marina and Simone) were fantastic. Very friendly, knowledgeable and always willing to give good tips on where to eat, what to see and how to get around. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

My family stayed at A Peace of Rome in Mid-May. We would absolutely recommend staying here to anyone traveling to Rome! The staff was fantastic and extremely helpful! Specifically, Simona and Marina helped us quite a bit. When we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised to receive a personalized walk through of a map of Rome, as well as restaurant recommendations.... This was a great place to stay. Very clean and updated, had everything we could possibly need. Check in and Check out was very easy, they had great food recommendations in the area. Prati is a great place to stay away from the bustle. Felt more like living in Rome not as a tourist. The staff was amazing all around... More

I booked this hotel in Rome months in advance of our stay, mostly due to the great reviews. And I am so glad we did! Rome was our third stop on an 8 week round the world trip and I couldn't be happier that we booked this hotel. The hotel itself is on the first floor of a large building... More

Excellent find, room really clean, bathroom was very tidy really nice and clean and fresh. There is only one down side to the place. I found it listed as a Bed & Breakfast unfortuantly we had to pay for breakfast and really was restricted to what we can order at the cafe across the road, from the place. I would really... More

Staying in Prati

Neighborhood Profile
Just steps away from the chaos of the center, Prati is the closest Rome gets to calm. Meticulously planned in a neat grid, quite unlike neighboring Borgo, Prati is a local favorite for its aesthetic organization and wide streets lined with a range of boutiques for every shopping fantasy. Nonnis pushing baby carriages and gossiping teens own every inch of the sidewalk, but that’s only during business hours. Once the sun sets, quirky sidestreet bars celebrate aperitivo hour, those evening cocktails that help wash away the tensions of Roman life.
