I've read good reviews of this hotel and decided to book a room for my husband and I in Dec 2014. I must say we were very happy with our stay. The hotel is located perhaps 3-5 mins walk away from the termini station. It's in a apartment building which has a lift. The building is secure. You will be... More

Very clean, near to main train station and metro, close also to city center but in a nice, quiet area. Room was clean and clened daily.Air condition and free wi-fi. Very good value for money. Paolo, the manager, was very nice, he gave us a tourist city map and some indication regarding what to visit. Even if he is not... More

Hotel Bed in Roma is located in a good location close to the Roma Termini station and taxi bay; it's about a 20-30 minute walk to tourist sites. The room was neat and tidy and cleaned daily. Paolo, the owner, was very friendly and helpful in telling us how to get to places. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone... More

Stayed here for 2 nights. Very close to Termini, about 5 minutes walk. Very clean and spacious room with a TV. A few cafes just next door. Paolo Z was also very kind and friendly. Will definitely stay here again if in Roma.

This is a small budget hotel. It was very clean and the bathroom had a shower. Everything was new and quite adequate. The price was good for central Rome. Bed was comfortable. There was a desk and a TV. I stayed in mid- September when it was possible to do without the aircon. But I had to shut the windows... More

My friend and I stayed here for 4 nights while doing some travelling in Italy. it is located very close to main termini station so you can easily explore all the sights using the metro lines which are cheap too! Only €1.50 for 100mins of travel. The hotel itself is on the 4th floor of a large building with other... More

Is really close to termini station, so is really easy to find. The hotel is located in a old building with as a lot of others hotels. It doesn't have a front desk 27/7, we email the owner with the date and time of our arrive, and he meet us there. The hotel was clean but we run out of... More

Staying in Esquilino

Neighborhood Profile
Esquilino
Old school vibe from the very beginning is the only way to describe the Esquilino neighborhood. The Esquilino takes pride in being one of the oldest areas in Rome for its key location on one of the city’s famous seven hills. From an ancient neighborhood to its modern incarnation as a multicultural hub, Esquilino always has something going on—polyglot vendors debate street artists while kids play pick-up basketball games. Look around you: this area isn’t like the historic center. Liberty architecture, large piazzas, and long boulevards mix with archaic arches, secret side alleys, and beautiful churches like Santa Maria Maggiore.
