Very cozy almost plush place. Clean and modern with everything you need in the room. Stuff very helpful and competent. We had all the information and advices since the check-in which made our staying in Rome perfect. Breakfast is served in a local bar outside the bulding (which is old and probably historical), italian essential with very fresh and good... More

Walking distance from Fontana di Trevi and the Spanish Steps. Just around the corner from Termini Station as well. Quite a number of good restaurants within walking distance as well. Very clean and comfortable.

Small boutique hotel in a very strategic area of the city centre. Walking distance from Via Nazionale and pretty close to Spanish Steps and the shopping district. Watch the pickpockets while in Rome! Thanks to the stuff who gave us good advise. Manager very charming.

We stayed at Morrisson Hotel with another couple. The staff at Morrisson were very helpful including opening reception at midnight to welcome them after a late flight in (even though reception hours are not 24/7). They also provided us with a map and helped us find our way around the city. Each morning saw a friendly welcome and staff ensured... More

Very nice hotel near metro 5' walk. Beautiful and clean rooms and the best capucino in Rome with hot croissant in a cafe nearby for breakfast. Our host mr Morrion was very communicative and friendly. Surely recomended for medium budget accommodation and for couples vacations.

We stayed here for a few days during our honeymoon and it was absolutely perfect! Its a small hotel (4-5 rooms I believe) but the owner and his staff are amazing. Very clean and modern as well. We were welcomed warmly, given a brief guide + map on Rome and everything was better than expected. The proximity to public transport... More

Staying in Esquilino

Neighborhood Profile
Esquilino
Old school vibe from the very beginning is the only way to describe the Esquilino neighborhood. The Esquilino takes pride in being one of the oldest areas in Rome for its key location on one of the city’s famous seven hills. From an ancient neighborhood to its modern incarnation as a multicultural hub, Esquilino always has something going on—polyglot vendors debate street artists while kids play pick-up basketball games. Look around you: this area isn’t like the historic center. Liberty architecture, large piazzas, and long boulevards mix with archaic arches, secret side alleys, and beautiful churches like Santa Maria Maggiore.
