I visited Rome in May 2014 with my mum. This hotel was awesome! Beautiful rooms, great location, really good breakfast and first class service. Our host André was helpful and cheerful, the best service I've had at a hotel. My only regret was not joining the party, we could hear a bit of every night from the bar down stairs.... More

We loved our stay here at the Second floor. we stayed in Freddy Mercury and loved the room. Scrupulously clean with a tiny private balcony. Excellent location and delicious food. Andrea was extremely warm and courteous and made our stay very comfortable. Thanks Andrea !

The location of this little boutique hotel is perfect! Andrea was very warm and friendly. My husband and I were very comfortable here for 3 nights. The hotel was very clean and spacious . Andrea was very helpful and a very nice guy! We highly recommend this place for anyone to stay. It was right across the street from the... More

The room was great - decent size compared to most hotels. Very charming design and absolutely wonderful staff - they carried our bags, let us leave our bags there so we can explore the city after check out, offered us a wonderful breakfast... Fantastic location!

The location can't be beat: it's virtually across the street from the Colosseum and walking distance to both the A and B Metro lines. We got anywhere in the city very easily from here. The rooms are modern, but well-decorated -- nice touches like old exposed brick and original rafters compliment the modern style. Fridge and AC. It's also handy... More

Leaning out the balcony to see the view was a joy. The location is stunning. walked from the train station. Staff friendly and adjoining restaurant is great value and pleasant to eat at for all meals. We were three but still fit in the room which is ideally suited for a romantic couple. The soundproofing is very affective and completely... More

The location of this hotel is amazing; it is literally across the street from the colosseum and a few minutes walk to the nearest metro station. The rooms are clean and nicely decorated and there is room to unpack your bags. The staff is also very welcoming and helpful. But...if you plan to turn in for the night prior to... More

The room was very modern and extremely well done with the exception of the window shared between the main office and the bedroom. The lights stay on overnight and there was no shade between the office and us so our room was light even when our lights were out. The hotel boosts Colosseum views but we did not have them.... More

This is in a fantastic location and has been recently renovated. It is opposite the Colosseum and close to transport and walking distance (15 mins) to the city landmarks including museums, Trevy fountain and the Spanish steps. The rooms are modern and a good size. The staff are great and very helpful - I will definitely stay here again when... More

It was really great to be able to stay at the 2nd Floor on my long weekend trip to Rome. I booked the Michelangelo - at the front of the hotel and had an amazing view of the Colosseum (sticking my head out of the window) and also of the adjacent ruins. Andrea was very nice to deal with for... More
