I loved the hotel. It's really right in front of the Colosseum. The staff is really kind and helpful. The only issue would be the front desk hours. The reception closes at 5pm and opens at 10am. We had a problem at night that could only be resolved in the morning. But apart from that the hotel is great.

We absolutely adored this place! This hotel is meant as a gay hotel, but as a straight couple we were really welcomed. The room was gorgeous and the soundproofing from the traffic outside was amazing! You literally couldn't hear anything when the French doors were shut. The location is just fantastic, as it's obviously next door to the colosseum, meaning... More

This hotel is right on top of a bar. Very loud and NOT a family environment. We were a family of four. After a miserable first night, we left the hotel and got another hotel for the remaining two nights. I explained everything to the hotel manager. I requested for refund for remaining two nights that I already paid thru... More

Thank you for taking the time to review our property. We truly value the opinions of our customers and we apologize that we did not meet your expectations. I just want to remember to our guest that the room booked was at 2nd Floor of our property. All the rooms have two soundproof windows, so it seems just a little... More

K staff are great. Nice room for sure. The wall sure needed a paint job though. Power went out for 7 hrs, and it was so hot , couldn't sleep and ruined our next day. Andrea did apologize. Fine , not his fault. But I guess we expected abut more considering it was like 240 cad a night. Website Said... More

I visited Rome in May 2014 with my mum. This hotel was awesome! Beautiful rooms, great location, really good breakfast and first class service. Our host André was helpful and cheerful, the best service I've had at a hotel. My only regret was not joining the party, we could hear a bit of every night from the bar down stairs.... More

The location can't be beat: it's virtually across the street from the Colosseum and walking distance to both the A and B Metro lines. We got anywhere in the city very easily from here. The rooms are modern, but well-decorated -- nice touches like old exposed brick and original rafters compliment the modern style. Fridge and AC. It's also handy... More

Leaning out the balcony to see the view was a joy. The location is stunning. walked from the train station. Staff friendly and adjoining restaurant is great value and pleasant to eat at for all meals. We were three but still fit in the room which is ideally suited for a romantic couple. The soundproofing is very affective and completely... More

Staying in Monti

Neighborhood Profile
Monti
Monti is Rome’s rebel yell. This neighborhood just west of Termini train station mixes grit with fun as it continues to fight for its reputation as a magnet for the artsy, alternative, and hipster. Every season, quirky boutiques and food spots sprout up on its cobblestone streets. The neighborhood supports unique and homegrown businesses that cater to its longtime residents as well as hipsters on the hunt. Hang out at Piazza della Madonna dei Monti anytime after lunch and you'll always find something going on.
