5 to 6 rooms created from a converted palazzo down a side street literally three minutes from the wonderful setting of Piazza Navona. We had a generously sized room looking onto Via dei Gigli d'Oro with double full length windows and narrow balconies. Perfectly equipped and a comfortable bed. The only gripe would be the insistence of the local authority... More

We stayed for 3 great nights in a Junior Suite which is a good size. The rooms are lovely and the staff very caring and full of advice. The breakfast is good and what you would expect in Italy. In the early evening before going for dinner we would have some complimentary wine and nibbles in the breakfast room which... More

We have just returned from our wonderful 6 night stay at the Gigli D'oro Suite in Rome. We were looking for a comfortable hotel close to all of Romes attractions and couldn't have found a nicer place to stay. This boutique hotel is located on a charming and quiet cobbled street only moments away from the Piazza Navona, 5 minutes... More

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights in December 2014. We had a lovely stay. We were arriving in Rome around 9pm and even though reception closes at 8pm someone stayed back to welcome us in, they took care of our large and heavy luggage and stayed until our wifi passwords were working correctly. The lady at reception... More

Rome Hotel: Via de'Gigli d'Oro My wife and I spent three fabulous days at the Via de'Gigli d'Oro. I was never fan of going to Rome because of the stories I'd heard about traffic. However, my wife had just retired and my desire was to fulfill her desire to travel throughout Europe, including Rome. The Giglid'Oro exceeded our expectations. It... More

The hotel was clean and organised. Sylvia was am amazing help on our trip, very smiley and positive. The hotel is in A great location. The only downside for me was the stone floors in the hall, we had a very noisy neighbour who kept getting up and going back to the room at around 7am one morning and it... More

A very nice small hotel 100m from Piazza Navona and allows you to walk basically to any of the famous places in Rome. Many nice and small restaurants close to the hotel as well. The hotel itself as well as its staff was very good and wanted to help whatever we asked. The "cloud" we found in an otherwise clear... More

We have just spent two nights here and would highly recommend this hotel. We stayed in a top floor Junior Suite Executive room. The room was excellent. Very quiet and clean. The hotel staff could not have been more helpful. They were always willing to provide help and guidance. Check-in and check-out was quick and straightforward. Breakfast was more than... More

This little boutique hotel is very well located within walking distance of all the tourist spots and designer shopping. It's in a lovely neighbourhood with many good restaurants and cafés close by. The hotel is charming and our room was both comfortable and romantic. I loved the wood shutters on the windows which could be opened to let in the... More

Staying in Navona / Pantheon / Campo de’ Fiori

Neighborhood Profile
Navona / Pantheon / Campo de’ Fiori
With three of Rome’s most beloved piazzas within a five-minute walk of each other, the Navona/Pantheon/Campo area may be the prettiest and most picturesque area of the city. Join the beautiful throngs hanging out in cafes, boutiques, art galleries, and wine bars, or peek at a neighborhood museum or monument. If you want nonstop movida, the streets here are busy with chic bicyclists and Vespa drivers, street vendors, merchants, and locals. There is no rhyme or reason to its winding streets and there's something to see around every corner, so take pleasure in a spontaneous wander.
