Best thing about this boutique hotel is the location. The accommodations were very good too. Bed comfortable, towels were amazingly soft. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because when we arrived the doors were locked. We stood outside for a while, kept knocking, and finally someone came out to greet us. We were very exhausted after traveling for... More

I am a regular client of this bijoux hotel in the heart of Rome's historic centre and have just returned from yet another excellent stay. Francesco and his staff always make me feel very welcome and they always manage to give me the same room. The hotel has a particular fascination for me because it is in the same building... More

This little hotel in the heart of downtown old Rome, makes you feel like you are experiencing all of Rome. Such down to earth people who operated the Relais Maddalena. So cozy with a little bar just outside the hotel. Right across the street is a basilica. Recommend to anyone who would like to experience Rome.

An apartment-like hotel very close to Pantheon. When you come to Piazza Maddalena, you find No:6 but there is no big sign of the hotel name, just go and ring the bell. :) Walking distance to every historical place. Clean, comfortable and cozy rooms. Not a classical hotel with a 24 hour reception but like a house that you enter... More

To echo other people, we had a wonderful welcome and the staff were terrific especially Rita who welcomed us and served us at breakfast. Our room was a good size, had a really comfortable king size bed, was well insulated for noise and boasted a really lovely shower room with no shortage of hot water. For us the room lacked... More

This is the first time I have wanted to be able to give a review more than 5 stars. Everyone, from Francesco the owner to the woman who cleaned the room went well above and beyond the call of duty. We stayed in the junior suite, which was just perfect for a family of 4 and in addition to the... More

We booked a week long stay in the Junior Suite in October for a family of four after reading all of the reviews we could find and checking out the photos. We were not disappointed. Francesco and Selena were helpful from the very first email contact all the way through to the end of our stay, advising us where the... More

I booked two rooms the George Sands room on the mezzanine level for my daughter and deluxe with on the next level for myself an my wife. The hotel is very conveniently located within walking distance of the Spanish step and Coloseum and the Pantheon is one block away and can be seen from the rooms. Both rooms were a... More

The place is VERY centrally located BUT the internet SUCKS!!!! PLEASE FIX!!!!! You have to log on every time you get on.. and it is not consistent... and it makes it very miserable!! If you're staying here for business, don't because you can't get on line!!! if they fixed it, I would give it 4 and a half star. This... More

Staying in Navona / Pantheon / Campo de’ Fiori

Neighborhood Profile
Navona / Pantheon / Campo de’ Fiori
With three of Rome’s most beloved piazzas within a five-minute walk of each other, the Navona/Pantheon/Campo area may be the prettiest and most picturesque area of the city. Join the beautiful throngs hanging out in cafes, boutiques, art galleries, and wine bars, or peek at a neighborhood museum or monument. If you want nonstop movida, the streets here are busy with chic bicyclists and Vespa drivers, street vendors, merchants, and locals. There is no rhyme or reason to its winding streets and there's something to see around every corner, so take pleasure in a spontaneous wander.
