We arrived in Rome at 1030 pm. Our flight was delayed and it was already 1130 pm when we got to Termini station and there was no more train going to Vatican city. Literally, I was panicking and thought that we might be sleeping at Termini station. When we arrived at Nicolo III a San Pietro around 1230am, I was... More

As we were arriving late, Valerio said he's meet us out the front with our key and to show us around. As we were overseas and didn't have a local SIM card, we had to rely on wifi for checking emails etc. We were running very late due to flight delays, train issues, and unable to contact via payphone (italian... Perfect location for us, between the airport and cruise port, it meant we were already on the right train line to easily jump on a train to Civitavecchia the next day. Easy walk from the Rome S.Pietre train station with suitcases and the hotel has an awesome little lift to take the suitcases up the stairs. Valerio is a gem!... More

We enjoyed our trip to Rome and especially loved the Bed and Breakfast. Each day we were a short walk to the Vatican and many other Rome Highlights. Being so close to everything really made our stay perfect. Valerio was awesome!

B&B Nicolò III, the location is excellent. Valerio was so helpful and made our stay even more pleasant. Excellent location, close to the Vatican. The price was very reasonable. Valerio was extremely helpful, and was even willing to check me in after midnight. The room was clean. There common space is small (there's no living room and the kitchen is small), so there's not much room to hang about, but this isn't really a bit deal.

Staff was great and helpful. The room was super clean, ac worked perfect and the bed was huge. The b&b is in a nice place, 5min walk to piazza san pietro and 15-20min walk into the center. There are also some nice restaurants (on the way to San pietro). pizza zizza for a quick snack and perdincibacco for a nice... More
