When you arrive at the entrance doors, it doesn't appear to be agreat place to stay, with two large, dark green doors to enter. Yo must climb a flight of stairs to arrive at the reception and once inside, it is like the movie of the Wizard of Oz. In the movie, at first everything is in black and white... More

Very friendly staff. Arrange transportation to and from airport and other arrangements if needed. Nice breakfast assortment including eggs cooked to order meats and pastries and breads. Coffee or tea made fresh by the cup.

Stayed for 3 nights in the middle of April, great rooms, friendly staff and a delicious breakfast. Traffic noise was a bit intrusive on the first night but wasn't a problem after that. Best thing is its location, 5 minutes from the Pantheon, 10 minutes from the Forum. Loads of restaurants and bars close by too.

We actually went here in august 2013 but we would come back here every time. The owner is friendly, attentive and speaks good English. The breakfast was great and the room was spacious. Our room was facing the street and ancient ruins - incredible! Everything is reached by foot and the food is amazing everywhere! Enjoy this little gem and... More

We have really enjoyed staying here, very reasonable price, very good location, vatican, pantheon, navona, spanish steps, shopping, restaurants, everywhere can go on foot. Food market is on the corner, and very delicious pizza is next door :) Nice, clean comfortable rooms, maybe breakfast could be better...

We stayed here in November 2014 and were very happy with everything. The room was small but spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. Perhaps a little more storage space (shelves) in the bathroom would have been useful. We stayed on Via della Reginella which meant we had to walk to Via Florida for breakfast.(3mins) This was not a problem... More

I stumbled upon Little Queen Suites when looking for a centrally located hotel for my daughter and I to spend 5 days in Rome. I chose the family suite as I thought it would give us some extra room. It was a wonderful find! Sylvia and Sergio were very welcoming and helpful. The room which turned out to be two... More

Since the name of the property includes the word 'suites' I was expecting a bigger room. Perhaps there are some, however, the one we got was not that big. The bathroom was very small and the room itself was adequate and very clean. It is an experience to stay there as you enter through large, mediaeval, green doors right off... More

Hotel location is close to everything. Very friendly and helpfull owners. We stayed at the suite in a sperate building which was very quite. For the amount of money per day the breakfast could have been richer. No reception after 16:00. No dedicated & safe place to leave your luggage after checking-out and before our late night flight.

The best location and the best hotel. Staff very friendly. Great breakfast and amazing rooms. Would stay here again !! Not easy to get in so wouldn't recommend for the over 50s. But great for young couples or small families

Staying in Ghetto

Neighborhood Profile
Ghetto
The mini-neigborhood Ghetto holds tight to its reputation as a stand-alone area thanks to its nearly 300-year history as the home to Rome’s Jewish community. Times changed in the 20th century, but the tiny area still retains its mix of tradition, community, and history. Ancient and medieval architectural design frames apartments, bakeries, shops, and restaurants. Friends and families are the pulse of the neighborhood, keeping company on the Via del Portico d’Ottavia. The Ghetto observes the traditional Jewish Shabbat: businesses close from Friday sundown to Saturday sundown.
