Terible service, not to go!!! No wifi Or parking for all. Noisy and rude. The worst place ever in rome. Please do not try this. The rooms are very small and smell of smoke and humidity. We were here for 4 days and every single one as the same, do not repeat this ever again.

Absolutely one of the best rooms we stayed in during a recent tour of Europe. Now for the bad part....the location is a 15 minute walk to the metro...the metro is great...the walk in the heat is not good. The owners were obviously bothered by our stay and were unfriendly at best. The restaurant had very bad service. The bar... More

I stayed at this hotel the last week of May and was absolutely blown away with the quality of the accommodation in comparison to the price that i paid for the room for two. The hotel is brilliantly situated near to the metro and it took us just under 20 minutes to get into Vatican City door to door. The... More

The wife and I arrived at the hotel. Outside the hotel looks very clean and professional. The receptionist was polite and professional. The rooms was clean but did lack any facilities in the room for making any hot or cold drinks. The hotel has a bar but was never open, if all you want is a beer then the receptionist... More

While this place is nice and new, the location is really poor! Don't be lured by the promise of the free shuttle bus to and from the station. This service doesn't run frequently and a cab ride to the nearest Metro station is just about a hefty 10 Euros. One of the cab drivers actually got lost trying to find the... More

The bathroom sewerage was blocked. We had a flood in the bathroom. I reported it 4 times. Every time the receptionist advised that someone will come soon to take care of this. We left the hotel and there was nothing done about it. Lying, cheating, so unprofessional.

We selected this hotel as it had onsite parking, offered a shuttle bus to the metro station and was reasonably priced. Our experience was disappointing. First the staff - most were offhand and the woman at the reception was unhelpful and uninterested. During the evening we had water dripping off the roof onto the side of the bed and floor.... More

We ended up really happy with choosing this hotel. The rooms are not that big, but they are really cosy and clean. And our room stayed clean during our stay. The staff was nice and friendly, helpful with all kind of information we needed. The hotel itself is located in a quiet area and we could get a really good... More

Inexpensive and tidy room. Good service in general terms. Kind recepcionists, always willing to help. The flush didn't work properly always but I managed to get the knack. The air conditioning control didn't work either. Poor variety of breakfast. One of the waitresses didn't clean the tables and you had to do it yourself. You have a 10 minute walk... More
