It is quite different to what we expect from bed and breakfast in the US; but overall it is centrally located and it was good value compare to hotels in Rome. Friendly staff that also speaks English and Spanish. The bed and linens were clean, the room itself could've use a little dusting; but it was ok. What was not... More

We stayed two nights at this Giubbonari guest house and loved the location (between the Vatican and the Colosseum). The housekeeper who served us a simple breakfast (coffee and packaged pastries) was incredibly kind and friendly.

We stayed at giubbonari in may 2013 and liked it so much we stayed again in may 2014. It is so close to so much and the price is right for us. Maria is so sweet and pleasant. You should call ahead upon your arrival so someone is there to let you in. We had a larger room this time... More

We stayed during four days. When we arrived we were waiting for twenty minutes before they opened the door. Besides we had to phone them to open. Our room wasn't there, we had to walk around 500 meters carry on the baggage. During our second day the electricity didn't work, so they made us to change the room into other... More

this place was really great! the location is very central and easy to get around, the rooms are clean and comfortable and the breakfast was very nice and homey. the only reason i didnt give it a perfect score is that it was a bit noisy out on the street, so not good for people who are sensitive to noise.

Great location to travel Rome by foot. Clean rooms and very efficient air conditioning. Biggest problem is that when we arrived in Rome we couldn't check in. We emailed our arrival time as asked and then called an hour before we arrived (again, as asked). No one answered the phone. Another guest let us in the bed and breakfast and... More

When we arrived, we walked past the premises several times due to the entrance being a battered old graffiti covered door into a small hallway. There is no reception just some buzzers on the wall to some flats. After panicking and wondering where we were we noticed one of the buzzers said bed and breakfast. A women eventually answered the... It looked promising, The office sent us a car to pick us from the AP at the regular rate. We arrived to the place @ midnightand got 2 rooms. The rooms are ok but you can hear the street as it's in your room. The location is great, 200m from Campo De' Fiori, but there are alot of groups waking... More

We booked on via dei guibbonari but instead were located in an independent apartment with a direct view to Largo di Torre Argentina. I was happy with the location, being alone, little kitchen, comfortable double bed, convenient bathroom with hair dryer etc - however, the second bed was very uncomfortable, the apartment was noisy because it was on a busy... Giubbonari 23 was a perfect location for my visit to Rome. It is located right in the heart of the city within walking distance of many shops, restaurants, and historical sights. The room was large enough for two, the shared kitchen made it feel as if it was your apartment, and everything was in good working condition with an overall... More
