Palm Gallery is a fantastic, peaceful place to stay in Rome. Beautiful rooms, very helpful service - in all and every situations. Lovely, plentiful breakfast too. We really appreciated staying a little outside the centre and we ate in amazing local Rome cuisine restaurants - hotel recommended evening restaurants, during our stay. We would go back and would, for sure,... More

If you wish to stay a little bit far from downtown ( I mean you are not really two steps from Fontana di Trevi ) but in a quiet street with a countryside feeling , bingo ! Staff is super helpful and rooms and breakfast are gorgeous !

I stayed here over New Year for three nights. Rooms were large and nicely decorated. Staff very friendy and helpful. Taking time to greet you with a welcome drink and talk about Rome and your stay, tips on travel and where to go, eat etc. The hotel is in a nice, quiet, residential area but only ten minutes away from... As one reviewer mentioned, this place reminded me more of a bed and breakfast in a residential area rather than a hotel. It had a cozy feel and the staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Daniel and Julio. ROOM & BATHROOM: My husband and I stayed in a double room on the 2nd floor. The bed was actually two... Feels like home, cosy clean rooms with very helpful and friendly staff. Good recommendations on restaurants. Pretty easy to get around via bus. Not too far away from the airport. Decent breakfast. Good bath and body products.

I'm traveling with my family of 4 on a one month European holiday covering Amsterdam, Paris, Lucerne, Zermatt, Florence, Rome, Venice and then back to Zermatt and Amsterdam and back home in Singapore. Palm Gallery Hotel Rome was recommended to me by a fellow colleague who stayed in the hotel with her family and friends during summer 2014. When we... More

This is a great boutique hotel and definitely unique. There is a lot of staff and they were extremely attentive and helpful. The room was very nice and plenty spacious. Breakfast was excellent and we were catered to according to our desires. We heard a lot about the garden before we went but we didn't find it inviting and it... More

This is not a hotel!!.....This is a renovated house with a lot of rooms!! Location was neat to experience Rome!! Close to a lot of embassy's and easy to get to public transit, which you'll need to get anywhere. Great local restaurants, but street is VERY dark at night on walk home after eating!!! Service was amazing, and everyone was... More

The staff, especially Daniel, were very helpful from providing the initial welcome drink and snacks to providing a list of local restaurants, a map of the bus routes and numbers and suggestions of what to see while in Rome. Daniel personally called to book us tickets for the Borghese Gallery. The breakfast provided a good choice of items as well... More
