The Palm Gallery is a charming boutique hotel in a good location, away from the hustle and bustle of the touristic center of Rome. The sights are accessible by bus, metro, and tram. The #19 tram is a beautiful ride from the Piazza Venezia. What makes the Palm Gallery special is the attentive staff - ready with a welcome drink... More

The Palm Gallery Hotel is hidden in a very nice residential neighborhood and the staff is absolutely wonderful. When we arrived, we were seated outside and given a complementary drink. The room was large and comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. Breakfast was fine, but nothing special. The only caveat is the lack of an elevator and having to... More

We were a family of 4 in one room. Stayed from 7/3/2015 - 7/5/2015 for 2 nights. Room on the small side for 4 people, but very workable. One large bed and 2 small separate beds. Room was quiet, clean & comfortable. Hotel not located near the tourist attractions, but cabs responded in a very timely manner. Cabs were reasonable... More

Wonderful staff. We arrived early for our check in. We were greeted by friendly and very hospitable folks at the hotel. They offered us a place in the dining area to grab a snack while we waited for our room. The weather was quite hot in Rome when visiting, but each room had its own AC; however the hotel lobby... I have rarely seen such an high level of care for the details, and yet had the feeling I was in a homey and relaxing place. From breakfast in the leafy wood-paved patio with fresh home made fruit juices, cakes, and eggs any (really any!) style made to order, to the super-clean and tastefully decorated rooms, this hotel is a... We were exceptionally happy with this hotel and the staff that run it. The service was truly a five star experience including a custom omelet and cappuccino in the morning. The room was very sizable especially for a hotel in Rome. It was very clean and the AC worked very well - considering temperatures were in the mid 30's while... More

This is by far the best 3 star hotel I have stayed in. The staff is wonderful! We left a less than desirable vacation rental as soon as I was able to book the Palm Gallery Hotel and arrived early, about 11:00 AM. Our room, of course, was not ready but we were invited to relax and have breakfast while... More

My family and I had a wonderful 3 night stay at the Palm Gallery Hotel. We were warmly greeted by Vincenzo upon our arrival after our long long flight to Rome and offered a late breakfast of fruit and cake on the lovely patio. Luisa introduced herself and offered some tips for our visit in Rome and lent our girls... More

I stayed at the Palm Gallery for three nights with my teenage daughter. The staff were incredibly helpful, positively responding to all our requests and questions. The maps they gave us for local restaurants, public transport routes and Rome sights were very, very useful. We enjoyed delicious and inexpensive meals at Butteri and Joe Padella. We appreciated the complimentary welcome... More

I really wanted to write a bad review and hope people might be put off that way the prices may stay down and me and my girlfriend could come again, but I couldn't do it. This stay was absolutely fantastic; I cannot fault the hotel, the staff and the area. The drive from the airport was a little ropey, and... More
