Unfortunately we only stayed at Palm Gallery one night.  Hotel staff were very accommodating in picking us up at Termini on short notice. On arrival at the hotel we were told that our cases would be taken to the room and we were offered complementary drinks on the nice terrace area. Staff member Lorenzo was extremely friendly and arranged a... More

We could not have picked a better place to stay for our first trip to Rome. A boutique hotel with character, charm and service. The area is quiet though not out of the way.The room was lovely with all the appointments one could want. In fact we actually experinced staying in two rooms, as we decided to come back to... More

The room was spacious, cosy, quiet, very clean and very very stylish!!!!!!There is also an excellent garden, where you can enjoy your breakfrast or a drink. The breakfrast was very good and rich. Moreover the area is quiet and has excellent transportation connections. Set in a beautiful and quiet part of Rome, I had an excellent stay at this boutique hotel. My room was spacious, very clean and with a large, comfortable bed. The decor was full of character and yet understated. The bathroom was small but modern, well-equipped and exceptionally clean. Room was double-aspect - and it was a joy opening the... More

We stayed at the hotel in March 2012, having travelled over for an international rugby match. There were nine of us in the party, but this didn't cause the slightest blimp in the faultless service we received from Luisa and her team. Daniel and Toni met us at the airport and swiftly conveyed us to the hotel, where we enjoyed... More

I booked this hotel with the legendary Luisa based on TripAdvisor comments. Although she was in New York at her daughter's 30th birthday when we arrived, we were greeted and treated most excellently by Daniel. The hotel is an absolute gem and certainly lives up to or exceeds the rave reviews on TripAdvisor. The rooms are lovely,we loved waking to... More

Luisa, Lorenzo and the rest of the staff at the Palm Gallery are amazing. We have travelled to many places and have never come across such warm, helpful and down to earth people. We stayed here before and after an Italian cosmos tour and would definitely stay here again. The rooms are small but very clean and modern looking. We... More

I decided to book this hotel based on good review in tripadvisor. It was my first time visiting Rome and I arrived in Rome at night. it was quite difficult to see the street name at night, hence it was quite difficult to find the hotel at first. When I arrived, Luisa welcomed me with smile and she's very nice!... More

Fantastic place and excellent people that service you with helpfulness and courtesy, like Daniel or Vincenzo and Lorenzo but the same all staff. The hotel is located in a silence street in a really good district of Rome closer to the Nomentana avenue and near to the famous Parioli and the down town. My room (2P) the largest one is... More
