As soon as we got off of our train when we arrived in Rome from Napoli we went on trip advisor to find a hotel to stay in for 2 nights. We read the reviews and checked the prices and location. We were pleasantly surprised upon arrival how amazingly clean and comfortable the hotel was. This hotel was a five... More

We stayed three nights at Palm Gallery on our first visit to Rome. A little off the beaten track but very convenient to bus, tram, metro and termini. Julio and Daniel were most helpful as was "the blonde guy" (Julian's reference!) who was so helpful our last morning. Our room was small, very comfortable and incredibly clean. Nice touches abound... Stayed here for 3 nights and the staff at the hotel were simply the friendliest, nicest hotel staff we have ever encountered. We were met by Vincenzo who was very sweet, polite and helpful, providing us with drinks on a boiling hot day and also giving us detailed maps and info about Rome. We had some lovely sunny breakfasts on... More

This was a great, family-friendly hotel for us. Our group was composed of two adults and two kids (ages 11 and 13). We stayed in the "Panoramica Quad" with 1 double (actually at least a queen) and 2 twin beds. The room was just big enough for the queen bed with nightstands, the two twins, a desk, and a closet.... My wife and I stayed at the Palm Gallery earlier this month for three nights -- we both enjoyed our stay. The check in is very welcoming and the hotel grounds (very small) are charming. In fact, we found all of the staff to be very welcoming and helpful. The room itself was not large by international standards (OK by... More

We stayed here for a few days before going on a cruise, having had a long flight from Australia. We had been to Rome a few times before and didn't want to stay in a conventional hotel in central Rome. Been disappointed too many times. We found Palm Gallery Hotel on the Internet and were glad we did. It was... More

Have to say, we were really looking forward to this, great reviews, etc. So we booked 5 months in advance to assure (we thought) a great stay. For reasons that were never explained to us, when we arrived, they gave us what I am sure was the WORST room in the hotel--possibly Rome. VERY small-and we are used to small... More

From the moment we arrived the service was exceptional. Friendly, helpful, and genuine are only a few of the words to describe Luisa and her team. The room was clean, bright and airy. Breakfast was more than enough to satisfy a North American appetite. Our stay at the Palm Gallery was without a doubt one of the highlights of our... More

Staff is great, speaks English fluently. Hotel is an old 1907 mansion kept very nice. Breakfast is plentiful and plenty of choices. Loved being in a suburban setting at night after being in the heart of the city. Have returned and will return again for sure.

Very positive about this hotel. Super friendly staff and a nice breakfast in the garden. Good advice on restaurants in the neighboorhood (had the best pizza ever at Bruto!). Only downside: sheets + blanket instead of duvet, and very limited warm water supply in the shower. Oh and we think there was a family with young children living upstairs -... More
