Me and my boyfriend stayed here on the 23rd-26th of january (currently still here) The hotel itself is lovely, Friendly helpful staff, and modern rooms. The rooms are well equipped but I would of personally liked tea/coffee and condiments in the room instead of having to call room service everytime. The area which the hotel is in isnt the best... Getting to this hotel from the airport is quite a task but it is worth it. You can easily get to everything from the hotel through the bus 105 of 50 Express to Termini Station. The staff is very friendly. We had an issue with our key letting us into the room but they were very helpful and gave us... More

Ok, first thing I'm going to agree with is this place does kind of shock you at first location wise, it's certainly a bit of a 'ghetto' where the hotel is. That said, the hotel itself is immaculate and nothing like its location. It's clean, I found the beds comfortable (very firm mattresses which I prefer) modern and generally very... More

My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights to celebrate our 23rd wedding anniversary. We arrived around 2pm and the check in was very smooth and reception staff friendly. we stayed in room B116 which overlooked the terrace (which was not in use) The room looked very modern and smart but we did notice how warm the room was... I have just returned from a 4 night stay at the hotel..... The hotel its self is fine, modern, well equipped and the staff are friendly and helpful however it has one major let down that all travellers should consider when staying here and that is the ghetto that the hotel is in. The area is not safe at all... More

We stayed in eurostar aeterna hotel in rome for 5 night. The first impression was good. The room was clean and everything looked nice. We didn't pay so much attention and we left the hotel. At night when we came back we realised that the rooms temperature was very hot and we had to open the air-condition. So we opened... More

The hotel is a little bit far from atractions, but this is really nice hotel, because is a new one. The distance is not a problem because, to reach the Termini Station you just need to get one bus that pass every 5 minutes and the bus stop is right front of the hotel. The staff is very friendly and... More

My partner and myself stayed in this hotel for 4 nights. First of all the hotel is clean, rooms are modern and beds are comfortable. Staff are also welcoming and professional as you'd expect from a 4 * hotel. The only issues we had (as mentioned in other reviews) is location - good 40 min walk to sights or centre... More
