As a hospitality management student I will stay objective but this hotel was disappointing and we'll never come back. There are several photos I took in the visitors pictures. First we arrived with the car and the hotel isn't clearly indicated, the only panel we saw was hidden behind a tree ( we took 15 minutes to find the hotel... More

Hotel is very clean and modern. The staff seems friendly and knowledgable and willing to help and give suggestion on what to see in Rome. We didn't try any of the breakfast or dinner as we were out most of the time and usually grab something outside. There is a convinient store (todi I think how you spell it)right around... More

This is an excellent hotel in renovated factory often cheap bookable, belonging to the Eurostars chain. Rooms are clean, modern, yes with bubble bath, airco Transport by tram to Station Termini (Laziale at the side of Termini by tram) bus 105 from Termini , bus 81 to all the sites and Vatican city. Just donot take a cab in Rome!... More

Hopefully this provides a frank review of the hotel's pros and cons. We certainly wouldn't stay here again (mostly due to the area) but the hotel itself was ok for the price we paid. Probably more 3 star than 4. Location: putting it bluntly, rather horrible! Next door to a homeless shelter, with people sleeping outside on newspapers across the... More

stayed in this hotel with my wife, it is located to far from the city center, we took the buses and it took about 20-30 each way depend on the traffic. near the hotel is a nice street - on the day it is a farmer market and on night resturants and pub ( no torrist in this area )... More

Firstly the area is scary. The fact that there are always two vans of carabinieri police in less than 10 metres proves this. Secondly staff are rude and speak over you. They're arrogant and don't offer any help with locations or how to get to places. It has four stars but deserves two at best. Bar is shut during summer... More

We found this hotel quiet easy and got a bus from Termini station which took around 10mins. The location is not too pleasant and the hotel does feel quiet out of place. The area is full of graffiti, rubbish all over and undesirables loitering although we had no real issues or problems apart from one homeless person shouting abuse which... More

Breakfast was abundance for Italy standards. Hotel and rooms were clean with spa bath in our rooms. Wifi was fast, but always required login. Metro 15 mins walk away or busses right in front taking to Termini station. Plenty of TV channels but all Italian. Area was creepy. Although we were assured it is a safe area, it did sometimes... I have stayed in this hotel last week for leisure. The hotel is easy to find from the tram and very close to Rome Termini, only 3 stops on the tram. The building is a modern building and looks very good from outside. The room was clean and spacious, well equipped and there is air conditioning, which is essential in... More

The bedrooms and public rooms of this hotel are extremely good, the restaurant and food leave much to be desired and are very expensive for the quality on offer. The area,Piazza del Pigneto , described as one of Romes best kept secrets with trattorias and pedestrianised areas, is a dump full of rotting market rubish and shabby derelict buildings covered...
