Despite the mixed reviews of this hotel which we read online, we decided to take a chance and booked here. I must say we were quite impressed with the hotel - our room was very comfortable and the breakfasts were delicious (with a wide range of options). The staff was courteous and efficient too. We didn't have any complaints except... More

I booked here because I was led to believe this is a 4 star hotel. Which this is NOT. Came in the hotel, towels had hair on them, huge clump not even like 1 hair, like a whole bunch visible from 10 meters away. TV didn't work. They didn't include breakfast which was 12 euros per person for not much... More

Nice place, friendly staff. Clean and confortable rooms. Close to Metro station. Must have a tourism desk to be a really 4 stars Hotel. It has a bar but since there is nobody there, people do not use it until they find out that you have to ask in the front desk for somebody to assist you. I put a... More

First of all, I will say that this is a nice hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff were lovely and incredibly helpful. However, our fridge didn't work, the shower head continually slipped down the pole and it would have been nice to have had a kettle. The big problem was the area. There are hotels that are... More

My wife and I stayed in this hotel for 4 nights will in Rome and will certainly book again the standards were excellent also staff were very friendly and so helpful. I have since book sister 5 Star hotel in Madrid for our anniversary in October, hope it is as good as Rome. Regards William Richards from Dunfermline Scotland.

I'm traveling solo and wanted to go the hotel route instead of hostels, and I wanted something outside the city center. The Pigneto district where the hotel is located is perfect. Small local area. 30min bus/metro to the center or 10€ taxi ride. The hotel staff was very helpful with directions and transportation tickets. The city itself is rather confusing... More

Stayed last January during family vacation to Rome. Location: This is a modern hotel building located into a student suburb in Rome. A bus stop just across the street but you need to walk at least 25 minutes to the nearest subway station. One new subway station was underconstruction and this may change completely your experience. Staff: They were all... More

I stayed here at the hotel on the 28th of july till the 1st of august in room a220. The hotel itself was very clean and very well presented. The outside was not very appealing on the eye due to the location but dont take that into account. The room was very clean and spacious. The staff were very poliet... More

For family reasons I have stayed at the Eurostar four times during last months. The Hotel is relatively new (only few years) and it is large, modern, clean with all facilities. The area is not central, but a Bus leads you in San Giovanni square in 10 minutes or main railway station both location where you get the (Underground), and... More

The location of this hotel might be fine for a business traveller, but is quite frankly completely unsuitable for the standard Rome tourist itinerary. To get into the center of town where all of the attractions are, you need to take a bus. The wait for the bus is long, the bus ride is long, and the bus is so... More
