Really warm welcome from the start, despite early check in, gave advice for sightseeing and food etc. Have absolutely no complaints about the room, tall ceilings, clean, quiet and comfortable. It's a good walk to central Rome but underground stations nearby. Would definitely return.

We stayed in this hotel during 3 days and we really appreciated the experience. The room is comfortable and clean. The hotel it's near to the Termini station (5 minutes walking). The breakfast is very simple and it is offered in the own room. If you are looking for a comfortable hotel with a good price, you can book this... More

We loved our two night stay here. The hotel was welcoming, clean, well located and relaxing. The owners welcomed us and gave us loads of info on the local area and where to eat etc. breakfast was yummy and fresh. Great room, very spacious! They even gave us water for our onward journey. Brilliant value for money.

We stayed one night and had booked a double. We were accidentally put in a smaller room (we had no idea). It was small but comfortable, but when we got back late at night, we discovered to our pleasant surprise, that Katia had given us a discount and Prosecco was on the house for their mistake. The room was comfortable.... More

clean/modern/like a home in Rome somebody mention about the freaky elevator, but the the elevator for most of the building in Italy is like this which is not the fault of hotel. You better leave your E-mail in the booking area better for the communication with the hotel reception and approximately arriving period before 9:30 p.m. I must say :... More

Yes I would definitely come back to stay here. The rroom is modern. We stayed here one night on the way to Sorrento and returned back for 4 more nights. Close to Termini station, shops and restaurants especially our favorite Gelato shop. We had a terrace so we did light washing. Brought a small clothesline. But there are laundromats closeby.... This proved to be a great stay. A very clean and well appointed town house with a small kitchen. It is well located to restaurants and transport. It is 15 minutes from Rome train station and connection to the airport. A bus runs from the train station to the airport for E4 per person. Excellent value! The people operating the town... More

Really the best way to enjoy Rome. The quality of the accomodation is outstanding and it's clean. It really helps to have 'home facilities' at your own room, such as a Nespresso machine and a pc in order to print some tickets. Pina, our hostess, was very welcoming and took about half an hour to exchange some tips about visiting... More

Staying in Esquilino

Neighborhood Profile
Esquilino
Old school vibe from the very beginning is the only way to describe the Esquilino neighborhood. The Esquilino takes pride in being one of the oldest areas in Rome for its key location on one of the city’s famous seven hills. From an ancient neighborhood to its modern incarnation as a multicultural hub, Esquilino always has something going on—polyglot vendors debate street artists while kids play pick-up basketball games. Look around you: this area isn’t like the historic center. Liberty architecture, large piazzas, and long boulevards mix with archaic arches, secret side alleys, and beautiful churches like Santa Maria Maggiore.
