The positive reviews at accurate. I had an amazing stay and would 100% stay here again. The folks were really warm and friendly and I felt like an invited guest. The accommodation was clean and updated. The breakfast is perfect with tons of yummy stuff to start your day. The fridge is stocked with water, milk, sugar drinks and even... More

Our recent stay at La Casa Di Eva was really like being in the proverbial home away from home in Rome. As a family run business, we were welcomed by the daughters of Eva who supplied us not only with a kosher breakfast but lots of very good tips about sightseeing and where to eat in Rome. The B & B... We just returned from a lovely visit to Rome where we stayed at La Casa di Eva, a wonderful kosher bed and breakfast. Jade and her family provided fantastic service - with personal care specific to our needs. She assisted in getting us oriented, making sure we knew how to stay safe while sightseeing, took time to show us maps,... More

Our first experience at a B&B - truly a home away from home. The room and bath were lovely and perfect for our needs. But what was amazing were the extras - 24 hour coffee/tea/cake, friendly help with maps, reservations and recommendations. We enjoyed great breakfasts and saw special attention to guests' special diet needs and schedules. Easy to organize... More

We arrived 2.5 hours late from tel-aviv and the arranged taxi driver was waiting for us. Thank you Erico. He drove us to the b&b and Jade was waiting for us to open the apartment and show us our room (with en-suite bathroom) and the tea, coffee and blueberry cake, wifi and all. In the morning there was a great... More

We have stayed at this pleasant casa at October 21-22. We were very satisfied and here are some details: Upon arrival to the airport, a taxi driver that we asked Eva to coordinated for us (45€), has waited with a sign. He was very nice and took us to the door of the building - about 1 hour driving. In... More

This is a little gem of a b&b. Some say it is out of the way, but it is 350 meters from the front door to the tram stop that will set you down at Vatican City, and a bit further to the Policlinico stop of the Metro. Jade was so welcoming, and determined to insure that I knew what... More

We felt very welcomed at the this B and B. Jade was extremely helpful, informative and welcoming when we got there and gave us tons of information and recommendations for things to do. She even lent us a tour book which was very helpful for us. The location is good. It was a 5 minute walk to the metro. It... More

Thank you for your review, and for every nice word. I think you used the bathroom next to the room ( which is shared with only one other room) because there were no rooms available with ensuite private bathroom, so we hope to have you again soon as our guest. The staff More

I had a lovely experience staying here. The rooms are all clean and comfortable, and the owners are incredibly nice and helpful - much more than is required by their job description. This is an especially good place to stay if you are traveling alone or for the first time to Italy because the hosts will help you figure out... More

Staying in San Lorenzo

Neighborhood Profile
San Lorenzo
San Lorenzo may look all street with its pulse in urban art and street food, but don’t be fooled. This gritty student neighborhood immediately east of Termini train station is on the avant-garde rise. Art galleries, curated mural projects by artists like Rome’s favorite Alice, charming cafes, and boutique restaurants are slowly infiltrating the streets of San Lorenzo with counter-culture chic. Don’t worry, San Lorenzo still retains its local vibe with weekend festivals and demonstrations, and is always a hub for Rome’s university student scene.
