I have been two times in Lisa's apartment and my experience was perfect!... It's a nice, quite and luminous haven/apartment just next to Vatican!... Actually it takes less than two minutes to get to Saint Peter's square!... The owner she's friendly, gentle, calm and helpful. Whatever you will need she will be next to you to help. The location is ideal... More

I must say that He who is searching a cosy, peaceful, place not disturbed by noisy life of a big city must stay at B&B Fiori e Semi! Apart from quiet inner atmosphere, this place is situated at the very heart of Rome and you will find yourself in a few steps from every remarkable location in this city. In... More

I was very disappointed by this hotel with100 Euro per night. In the morning we found a table which looked like full of food at the first view, but as we started to eat we just understood it's just falseness: only very cheap sweets and stale bread with Nutella were given to us. No eggs, no melt, even no butter... More

After a few days spent in Palermo, my friend and I ventured to Rome. Arriving in Trastevere (a bit outside of Rome's center), we had a bit of trouble finding the B&B. We stopped and asked a young couple for directions and they thankfully understood English and helped us find our place. Lisa, the owner of the lovely Fiori e... More

what to say first... let's start with the kindness of the owner... Lisa is great. she kept a car space in the yard for our arrival, she leaft lot of newpapers and magazines and tourist guides in the apartment and a lot of things for our breakfast. the apartment is big, we stayed 6 people and no problems at all.... I stayed here for a month while working as a journalist at the Vatican, The rooms were larger than those I had paid two to three times that much for at some nearby hotels in the past. Italian B&Bs are different than American ones, typically extra bedrooms in an apartment. That is the case here. The apartment building is just... More

Lisa was really kind and friendly with us... It is just two rooms but really clean and is a few steps from piazza saint pietro. Lisa gave us a nice breakfast and she was always alert If we need something. Rooms cleaned. Good air conditioner and comfortable. Highly recommended!

Run by Lisa, a slightly hippie Nam Ryoko chanting Buddhist woman, this place is as much fun as it is reasonable. For about 30E, with breakfast, you'll have your own room with bathroom. Wifi (don't forget to ask for the security code) is included. Although listed as Rome, the B&B is actually in (or next to) The Vatican. It's upstairs... More
