We went to celebrate our wedding anniversary. They decorate the room as a private. It was goog surprise. In addition, small, clean, quiet hotel.Friendly and helpful staff Close to everywhere. And With views of the Colosseum. Roof-top Aroma Restaurant, located just in front of the Coliseum is wonderful. You must try a Michelin-star Giuseppe Di Iorio's test menu.

We booked this hotel through Getaroom.com (a subsidiary of tripadvisor). We selected this hotel purely on location and wanted to be a stone's throw from the Collosseum as we were only staying in Rome for two nights. We arrived late and were then taken to our "apartment" in the same neighbourhood but a 10 minute walk from the hotel. We... More

We booked a less expensive apartment room in this hotel to be near the Colosseum and have the great view of it from the restaurant. When we arrived, I'm not sure what happened to our rooms, but they moved us to within the main hotel property, which I think ended up being in our favor...it also allowed our group with... More

Hard to beat the location. Service is spectacular. Booked through Tablet Plus and was given a great upgrade with view of Coliseum. Room 43 - it was a bit noisy due to location below restaurant so relocated to another room after first night. Would recommend another floor. Restaurant is excellent - we had breakfast and a snack. Staff made outstanding... More

Thankfully this hotel is more than just about THAT view. It is located just east of the Colosseum and therefore is quieter (at night) than the more centrally located hotels. Is has a chic interior style and the staff were wonderful, very helpful, friendly, and polite. We had a master view on the third floor, which has a truly amazing... More

This is a lovely hotel to stay in. Staff are attentive and service is excellent. We were upgraded to a suite overlooking the Colosseum - views amazing!!! Canapés sent to our room by the chef were delicious. The area is amazing. Restaurants are pretty good in the area and the little gelato shop further down the road away from the... More

I began my vacation in New York at the Waldorf Astoria. Beautiful, historic & comfortable, but...We flew to Rome & were only there for 4 nights at the end of our 2 1/2 week vacation, but it was the most AMAZING place to finish!! Upon arrival at Palazzo Manfredi Friday night I mentioned in passing that my daughter's birthday was... More

Impeccable service from the minute we arrived. Hi spec rooms. Good location for all the sights Rome has to offer. Gorgeous little home made chocolates left in the room every night. Drinks on the rooftop bar are accompanied by honey coated pecan nuts that are impossible to resist. The restaurant is clearly well regarded by the locals although we didn't... More

Neighborhood Profile
Monti
Monti is Rome’s rebel yell. This neighborhood just west of Termini train station mixes grit with fun as it continues to fight for its reputation as a magnet for the artsy, alternative, and hipster. Every season, quirky boutiques and food spots sprout up on its cobblestone streets. The neighborhood supports unique and homegrown businesses that cater to its longtime residents as well as hipsters on the hunt. Hang out at Piazza della Madonna dei Monti anytime after lunch and you'll always find something going on.
