We stayed at this boutique hotel in January, for 3 nights. We were traveling with our two daughters (aged 13 and 15yrs), and booked the Family Suite. Needless to say, in true Relais & Chateaux style it was stunning! The decor was amazing and the rooms spacious, as well as the bathrooms! And best of all our suite had a... More

We stayed here a weekend end of November . The location is nice, basically in front of the Colosseum. The hotel itself is a boutique style hotel, stylish and modern. The room was a bit small but comfortable. The bathroom was a bit small though. The only problem we had was with the heating in the room, it was far... More

This little hotel was perfect. Furnishings and design are eclectic and slightly dated which made it all the more charming. The bed was extremely comfortable. The rooftop restaurant has stunning views, great service (never snooty) and amazing food. The biggest plus: a genuinely friendly, welcoming and very helpful staff. They helped us every day and never steered us wrong. We're... More

Great location and exceptionally friendly staff who could not have been more helpful with booking attractions and restaurant tips.Rooftop restaurant combined excellent food with perfect views. I would definitely return to this hotel when next in Rome - hopefully soon.

A charming hotel right in the middle of Ancient Rome. Lovely rooms, some with the view on the Colosseo. Small in size, high in quality of service. Wonderful roof top with the view of Rome, the Colosseo, the Domus Aurea where breakfast , lunch and dinner are served by very nice and attentive staff. For those who like something special.

We loved the amazing view from this hotel. Staff was very welcoming and helpful, patient when we failed to pronounce anything correctly! The food we only tried once but it was very tasty and the service was excellent. Rooms were small but that was expected, we did like the style and comfort of the beds. We would come back but... Overlooking the Colosseum this small hotel oozes quality. Staff are very attentive and nothing is too much trouble The Michelin starred Amore restaurant is a big draw and the only criticism is that it feels as if the restaurant is now more important than the hotel Breakfast is small and select and the staff will try and prepare anything you... Palazzo Manfredi offers a fantastic view of the Coliseum and is within 5 to 10 minutes from the historic basilicas, museums and other famous monuments and sculptures within the heart of Rome. This is a boutique hotel with relatively small rooms, but it's a style steal with unique interior design and decoration. The rooms are really clean, but that's expected... More

One of the best parts of the hotel is the service. It has a great view of the colosseum and an amazing restaurant on the top floor. It's a little hard to walk everywhere in Rome but cabs are easy to find at nearby taxi stands. This hotel was amazing and soooooo helpful in booking tours, tickets and dinner reservations.... More

Luxurious, stylish & just beautiful! The staff were perfect. Incredible service! We were upgraded to a colosseum view room which was just amazing! The rooms were small, but so elegant & boutique, classic in a quirky way! Great breakfast with a beautiful view. A little walk away to the action, but for that old Rome view, we did not mind... Staying in Monti

Neighborhood Profile
Monti
Monti is Rome’s rebel yell. This neighborhood just west of Termini train station mixes grit with fun as it continues to fight for its reputation as a magnet for the artsy, alternative, and hipster. Every season, quirky boutiques and food spots sprout up on its cobblestone streets. The neighborhood supports unique and homegrown businesses that cater to its longtime residents as well as hipsters on the hunt. Hang out at Piazza della Madonna dei Monti anytime after lunch and you'll always find something going on.
