We had to wait an hour for Melanie to come let us in to the room. When she arrived, she told us it would be another hour until the room was cleaned. We protested, so she walked us to their "other location," which was actually an entirely different B and B that was more expensive. We of course didn't find... More

The rooms in the B&B are in the basement of a building but the room did have a terrace. It was also surprisingly spacious with a walk in wardrobe, good sized bathroom with bath and shower, plus bedroom with table, fridge and double bed. Breakfast was provided in the form of convenient snacks, and the decor was interesting. There are... More

In This b&b There isn't The Service. You have To set breakfast by Yourself. With a old coffemachine, thath don't work. And other important disease, The Rooms are locate in a cellar. No sunLight, bad smell, And Low signal for Cell Phone. Terribile!

Stayed between 25th-29th april. Lovely rooms with good ensuite. Located between termini and colloseum so everywhere was walking distance or metro close by. Owner was very helpful and polite! Would stay here again

Rooms in the basement. Musty and poorly ventilated. Masked by insence. Good but not quited location. Wicker bed frame full of dust. Wall behind the bed mouldy.

I really liked the oriental theme of the room, it was clean and nice smelling. There was free wifi, and free printing outside the room which really made things more convenient. There was no TV in the room though. And the B&B wasn't easy to find, but once you're settled in the room, you wouldn't regret your choice in staying... More

I rate the B&B quite high compared to other hotels near Termini station. You can reach the B&B easily by tram and a few minutes walk. But girl group needs to be careful because I think the area is not quite safe at night but if you have a friend with you, it should be fine.

The location is very good. close to Termini station. Rooms are in basement and stink like basement :( but they are equipped nicely and the hostess is also nice. Breakfast is average.

Staying in Esquilino

Neighborhood Profile
Esquilino
Old school vibe from the very beginning is the only way to describe the Esquilino neighborhood. The Esquilino takes pride in being one of the oldest areas in Rome for its key location on one of the city’s famous seven hills. From an ancient neighborhood to its modern incarnation as a multicultural hub, Esquilino always has something going on—polyglot vendors debate street artists while kids play pick-up basketball games. Look around you: this area isn’t like the historic center. Liberty architecture, large piazzas, and long boulevards mix with archaic arches, secret side alleys, and beautiful churches like Santa Maria Maggiore.
