The hotel is very close to train station or bus station, like 3minutes walking distance. Furthermore It was not hard to find this place. First impression was very nice with kind greeting and explanation about their facilities, for example how to use kitchen, wi'fi(good connection), computer, printer and so on. All the facilities are free to use, actually now I... More

Excellent value for the money. Right next to Termini Station which has pros and cons. Room was very soundproof so no problem at all with hearing street or train station noise. Breakfast food and drinks were available 24/7 so that was amazing. Rooms were clean and nicely decorated. Elevator was very handy for bringing up suitcases. The only issues that... More

Great location with zero ambiance outside this fourth floor little three star hotel. Much like an upscale hostel. Seven en suite rooms in two nicely converted apartments which are Ikea modern in style. Each named after a color with decor basically that color. Even the bathroom sink faucet had an LED spout which cycled through frenzied multicolor patterns more and... More

This is the best place with the most affordable price ever! The location is perfect.. 1min from Termini station and close to a lot of restaurants. Staffs were very friendly and helpful. The place was very big, clean, spacious and very nicely decorated. Best value for money. Highly recommended!!!

We stayed here for 3 nights recently and it was a great find. Perfectly situated, decent size rooms, everything you need and a good set up for breakfast. The decor is a bit wacky but that adds to the charm. The room and kitchen were spotlessly clean. Would definitely stay here again.

When we booked Dream Station B & B we were told it was handy to the station Termini but were surprised when we came out of the station there it was right across the road perfectly situated. The owner was waiting for us outside as you need a key to go through a big door off the footpath to get... More

We arrived in Rome at FCO airport. Well waiting to take the bus I called the owner of the bed-and-breakfast and told him that we would be arriving in approximately an hour. He said he would meet us at the front door and he did as promised. He then graciously took our luggage up to the fourth floor as our... More

We stayed here only one night before needing to head to the airport, and had everything we needed. Room size was bigger than expected and very clean..It's just across from the main station so perfect for a stopover. Owner is helpful and even provided us with breakfast items in the kitchen and in our spot of the fridge. Tips: Make... More

Pro; I stayed one night here. It's in short distance from Termini station. The room is spacious.Facilities is great with computer and kitchen. Bathroom is small but ok with facilities. The Con is; Area around is dirty and full of homeless and drunk people sleep on the pavement. I feel not safe here when walking around with my kid.

Staying in Esquilino

Neighborhood Profile
Old school vibe from the very beginning is the only way to describe the Esquilino neighborhood. The Esquilino takes pride in being one of the oldest areas in Rome for its key location on one of the city’s famous seven hills. From an ancient neighborhood to its modern incarnation as a multicultural hub, Esquilino always has something going on—polyglot vendors debate street artists while kids play pick-up basketball games. Look around you: this area isn’t like the historic center. Liberty architecture, large piazzas, and long boulevards mix with archaic arches, secret side alleys, and beautiful churches like Santa Maria Maggiore.
