To sum up: if you are in a short stay in Roma and you are looking for a very clean place so don't look further..this is the perfect place to reserve quickly as there are 6 rooms only. I stayed there twice with my wife and 2 daughters and all what I can say is to congratulate the Hotel manager... More

This was a great B & B to start our European adventure. It was very conveniently near the Central Train Station. It was a funky room, very clean and good to be able to use the kitchen at any time. As someone else has said it is like an upmarket hostel. The owner greeted us on arrival and was very... More

I would recommend this bed and breakfast to anyone! We were so happy with our stay. Great wifi connection, very clean, kitchen organised and with everything we need-we could even cook if we wanted! As soon as we arrived, Maurice showed us everything we needed to know and the room-so helpful! We can't thank you enough for such a great... More

My third stay at Dream Station. Domenico and Mauricio (the proprietors) continue to do an excellent job. I had the Red Room during this visit, I think this is the quietest room of all, as it is set away from the street and on the opposite side of the check-in desk. I used the kitchen to cook (grilled sandwiches for... More

We wanted a place right near the Termini (Train Station) in Rome, so we could catch an early express train to the airport the next morning. The room we had was the purple room and was fine for the night although I found it just not as clean as I would like and the purple bedspread looked a bit dirty... More

The hotel is very close to train station or bus station, like 3minutes walking distance. Furthermore It was not hard to find this place. First impression was very nice with kind greeting and explanation about their facilities, for example how to use kitchen, wi'fi(good connection), computer, printer and so on. All the facilities are free to use, actually now I... More

Excellent value for the money. Right next to Termini Station which has pros and cons. Room was very soundproof so no problem at all with hearing street or train station noise. Breakfast food and drinks were available 24/7 so that was amazing. Rooms were clean and nicely decorated. Elevator was very handy for bringing up suitcases. The only issues that... More

Staying in Esquilino

Neighborhood Profile
Esquilino
Old school vibe from the very beginning is the only way to describe the Esquilino neighborhood. The Esquilino takes pride in being one of the oldest areas in Rome for its key location on one of the city’s famous seven hills. From an ancient neighborhood to its modern incarnation as a multicultural hub, Esquilino always has something going on—polyglot vendors debate street artists while kids play pick-up basketball games. Look around you: this area isn’t like the historic center. Liberty architecture, large piazzas, and long boulevards mix with archaic arches, secret side alleys, and beautiful churches like Santa Maria Maggiore.
