We stayed here for 2 nights whilst on our short stay in rome. We booked this apartment through booking.com last november. We had an email from them advising that they no longer dealt with the owner. So i contacted him to check that our booking was still valid(i had seen some reviews on here warning people about paying etc) he... More

We booked an apartment for the May holidays through Booking.com. Upon booking in October we have paid the full amount with our credit card. After this payment Flamini Domus charged our credit card again for the full amount and afterwards charged the full amount even a third time! Almost 2400 Euro was charged unauthorized! We got worried also because we... More

The locality is good but the price you pay is beyond belief!! We booked here in October last year to stay in early July, 3 nights then out for 2 and back for 1. We payed 280 euros which was great. On return for 1 night was told no room and moved to a friends hotel place not far. He... More

We stayed at this place early July this year and gave a credit card when booking in October but paid cash for the stay when we arrived. When we got back to Australia 5 weeks later discovered Giorgio has charged $1,900 Australian to that card a couple of days after we left to go south. So he has taken money... More

When we booked for May this place has relatively good review, except for one case with some charging (money issues). I thought - one isolated case, bad luck? We showed up in rome after flying from Australia (15+ hours plus transfer), to a place where the buzzer is not marked and no one answered calls. Next door hotel manager helped... More

I would give this place zero stars if I could. I booked room months ago through booking.com. I guaranteed the room with a cc and paid for all days upfront. I emailed an arrival time one day before once I knew train times. Apparently this place does not understand the meaning of "guarantee." We arrive in early afternoon. No one... More

As happened to other people below, we made a booking at Flamini Domus in January, for a stay in June, for around 250 Euros. This was charged in January, as agreed. However, I noticed on my April statement that a second charge had been made, for over 1,000 Euros. I emailed the hotel, but received no response. I phoned the... More

We booked an apartment 7 months in advance and this was cancelled by the owner the day before arrival in april. He did not offer any other accomodation. The owner sent an e-mail stating that there were beatles in the apartment. This was bad but the worse thing was that our credit card was credited many times (unauthorised) for the... More

I can’t rate this place highly enough - I’ve never felt sad to leave a hotel room until here! I booked a double room with en-suite through Travel Republic for about £100 per night, including breakfast for two people. The apartment has two rooms (so you may find yourself with company) and a shared kitchen (with fridge, toaster, microwave, kettle,... More
