This hotel is very easy to reach using tram line 2, which goes directly up via Flaminia from piazza del popolo, and is included with a Metro ticket. The hotel was clean and quiet. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was much better than I expected. Next time I go to Rome I will stay here again.

Aside from me not having WiFi when I arrived in Rome so I could read the email they sent me saying where they left the key, finding Face to Face was no problem. When I walked in, the place was clean and very modern. My room specifically, Energy, had a beautiful shower, toilet room, and bed. I stayed in Rome... More

If you look for a nice, friendly, comfortable and elegant bed and breakfast in Flaminio area this is the good place to go. I spent 10 nights there with my son 7 years old and we felt extremely at ease, taken in good care by the staff and enjoying the classy room and environment. To the point that we went... More

Face to Face is an excellent choice if you are looking for comfort, convenience, pleasant and modern atmosphere, centrally located and very well connected. The entire staff goes beyond their call of duty to make you feel at home. I am from Rome and definitely recommend it Anna Maria

In my opinion, lady at the reception called Anna was quite welcoming and caring to do well. We really appreciate. Rooms are not very big but moderns and comfortables. The district is very well located, close to a tram station and a very good restaurant along via Flaminia. What are the weaknesses? There was a leak along the shower, the... More

My wife and I chose FACEtoFACE after reading many positive reviews, and we can truly say FACEtoFACE was without doubt wonderful. We were greeted by a lovely young Lady called ANNIE, who gave us loads of information about Rome and how best to get around using trams, metro, buses etc.... Plus advice on local restaurants, shops, places of interest. The... More

We stayed for 2 nights on our first visit ever to Rome and was pleasantly surprised. We were greeted by friendly staff upon arrival, who welcomed us to Rome and took time to explain how to get around and see the sights. The living area and kitchen are communal, you share them with the other guests, which might not suit... More

I choose Face to Face House in Rome for it had excellent Trip Advisor ratings. The welcome is warm and staff are very keen to help, they do however lack professional hospitality training. The property is neat and modern but does rather have the feeling of a well appointed hostel rather than a design hotel. One must be quite at... More

Dear Seyyah, Thank you for your opinion. Sorry, I do not appreciate the of FacetoFace house's spirit and we've likened to a hostel. We are a small hotel of 5 rooms, with all the amenities of a hotel (breakfast, daily cleaning, prestige courtesy set) that otherwise does not have a hostel. We hope to have helped you in the hours... We took the subway to Flaminio where we would be staying at a boutique hotel named FacetoFace. We found our way, and were happy to find a tram that took us most of the way – our feet were killing us. It was a bit tricky getting into the hotel since it’s located in an apartment building on the 3rd... More

Stayed here for two nights. Welcome was warm and the staff helpful throughout. Rooms are well appointed with good bathrooms etc. Breakfast was buffet style and was generous but not inspiring. Internet worked fine. It is on a man road with trams running past : this does create some noise but not enough to be a problem. The location is... More
