This place has small rooms and bathrooms but the location is nice and the rooms are bright and clean looking. Besides the clean, updated looking rooms, the location was perfect. It was just steps away from the trevi fountain and equidistant from almost all of the major land marks. We loved it.

<from the U.S., what I look for a room is just being clean and quiet, pet peeve is bathroom mold, traveled with husband, we are in our 30s.> I was hesitant to stay in the annex because of the recent bad reviews about the quality being poor and moldy...OKAY...these reviewers were just too picky... i thought the ANNEX WAS FANTASTIC... The hotel is beautifully appointed and the reception staff are delightful. So helpful in explaining where to go and advising on places to eat. The tourist buses stop at the end of the road, and walking round is a pleasure. Will definitely go again. So many more places to see, 3 days was not enough. Its so close to the... More

The hotel is situated in the very centre of the city, just a few steps from Trevi fountain. The rooms are well furnished in a modern style, clean, with nice bathroom and flat TV with Sky channels. The air conditioning system is also modern, so that the temperature and humidity are always controlled. Also sound insulation is worth to be cited.... More

Cannot say enough good things about this hotel. Stayed for 3 nights and everything was perfect! Great staff and nice little clean hotel directly in the center of Roma. Windows opened up on a pretty little street just down the way from Trevi Fountain. Did I mention the location is perfect for exploring Rome?

Recently went back to Rome with my husband for a week end and decided to stay again at the Trevi 41. They renovated many things since last time we visited them (2010). New reception and new rooms. We were allocated in one of the new rooms on the first floor, 102, a superior one. The bathroom is well designed with... More

The location was good, 3 min's from Trevi fountain, and the staff was OK. This is the only good things I can say about this hotel. If you must stay at this hotel stay away from the Annex building rooms. The room is old, not in good condition, lots of broken things, the bed is awful and the worst part... More

First timers to Rome. Amazing central location allowed us to walk everywhere. Our bedroom was huge and the bathroom was really good size too. The two reception staff "Tiger" & "Chester" gave us really great customer service, the type where you walk away afterwards feeling warm inside...it's very rare to find.

The hotel is just two minutes walk from Trevi so central for walking to many of Rome's attractions. We had a very friendly reception and our spacious room and shower room was very comfortable, clean and fresh. The breakfasts are delivered to the room and were excellent. Unfortunately the Trevi fountain was closed for maintenance so we could not throw... More

We are here now and absolutely love the location and staff. We are in an apartment about two blocks away overlooking the trevi fountain. Size of room is great and so is wifi. The only disappointments is that we don't get th breakfast everybody else mentioned was to told that they didn't have anybody to bring it this far

Staying in Trevi

Neighborhood Profile
Trevi
A non-stop photo and souvenir opportunity, Trevi is all about action. From early morning through the wee hours, the piazza surrounding Trevi Fountain hosts a never-ending flow of tourists hoping to make a wish or take a selfie. Clever restaurants, charming gelaterias, uncanny bars, kitsch shops, and a range of hotels make up the local landscape. Beneath the bustle are the remains of an ancient neighborhood that you can visit by heading over to a repertoire cinema and asking for a peek underground. There is something for everyone, but if peace and quiet are what you seek, plan to visit in the early morning hours.
