Stayed here at end July for 3 nights to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary. The hotel staff were very welcoming and on checking we were given a complimentary upgrade to a suite which was just amazing. The location is perfect for venturing out and there are some stunning restaurants nearby. Taxi stands are round the corner, and its about a... More

Hubs and I stayed at the Jumeirah for 5 nights back in April. Amazing location in a bustling area of Rome. Our room was a corner on the 4th floor with a great view of the Via Veneto. The room had a nice sized bedroom, separate living room and a huge (by European standards) modern bathroom stcoked with Bulgari bath... More

This is a cracking hotel. Fantastic location, polite staff, lovely gym and a roof terrace for sunbathing and some food and drinks in the evening if you want to retreat from the hustle and bustle. Some people have said it's 'not a Jumeirah Hotel' which is just moronic, OK it's not Dubai grandeur but it's the middle of Rome. I'd... More

Unfortunately I only had the chance to stay for 1 night, but would have loved to have extended my stay. As with most hotels in this region, the surrounding streets are steeped in history and amazing architecture and this hotel is very well placed to maintain the awe of Rome. The check in is seemless and the welcome drink &... More

We spent 3 nights in Rome in July 2014. The Jumrirah is in a great location, service was mediocre today the least. Staff basically pacified us when we complained about cleanliness of our room and lack of Internet service. Rooms are spacious and decor is typical for Italy. Rooftop bar is gorgeous and the drinks are great! Beware of the... More

I stayed at this Hotel during July 2014. The Jumeirah Grand Via Veneto is located at an upscale location in Rome, and is a beautiful Hotel. The room size is small, but the bathrooms are large, luxurious and well equipped. The hotel is not too far from the Centrale Station, and a cab ride to the station along with luggage... More

Me and my family recently stayed there for three nights and wasn't really satisfied with the hotel. I start with positives points. The service was very good and the staff were very nice, polite and helpful. The concierge was very good and we were really happy with their restaurants recommendations. Their spa was amazing, the best I've ever been into.... More

My partner and I had just left Tuscany and were spending two days in Rome prior to our flight back home. We arrived at the Jumeirah at 10:00 AM and were warmly greeted and well treated by the staff. Our room was well appointed, extremely clean, and modern. The staff was consistently professional, helpful and friendly. We ate several meals... More
