The experience we had is really far from the 5* service they advertise. To start with, the concierge team, contacted prior to arrival, took very long to reply to my email. The breakfast buffet was very very poor. Same food every day, barely no vegetables there, the oranges in the table were rotten and there were some small flies around... More

Im currently staying here with a friend for a weekend city break. In short this hotel is a disappointment. For a five star property and at over 300 euro per night I would expect more. The first room we were given was very claustrophobic - beware of superior rooms (they are far from it). We paid extra to upgrade to... More

The property is housed within two renovated 19th century villas, perfectly in keeping with the historical architecture of the Via Veneto. When I arrived, friendly doormen in sandy coloured tails and top hats welcomed me through the door with Italian charm, immediately making me feel at home. Natural light pours in to bright lobby area, with luxurious sofas that are... More

Great location , very central in one of the very best and chic streets of the Capital. We stayed here on our trip to Italy and it was a good choice. From the Hotel we could walk to lots of amazing location , shops and great Restaurants. The Spa in this Hotel is also good as well as the Restaurant.... More

Spent five days here in mid march 2015. Really nice hotel well positioned on Via Veneto and short walk away from Borghesi Gardens and Spanish Steps. Great service from moment you walk into Hotel. Nothing is too much trouble. Our room had no bath and only a shower. We normally prefer to have a bath. Unfortunately no others available until... More

This hotel is in a perfect location to get around places. The staff at this hotel reach all expectation of great customer service. Getting a taxi, the door staff do all that for you, escort you to the taxi with an umbrella if it's raining and close the door for you. The reception staff always smile and say hello, my... More

This majestic hotel stands high above the rest accommodation in Rome. We liked the art deco style, the luxury without exaggeration, the upgrade to a suite with view to via Venetto, the factor that most of the sightseeing was in a walking distance and is located in a very quiet area of the City. Another major draw has to be... More

Hotel was great in many ways. Fantastic staff. Very helpful and accommodating. Check in was great. Hotel restaurant has fantastic food. Beds were pretty comfortable. Rooms are spacious. Hotel is in very nice area. The wifi was bothersome though. I used my mobile hotspot on my phone and used all my data. I had to work remotely (like most people)... More

I'm still awaiting a response from Jumeriah Rome to why they took extra monies from my Credit Card once I had checked out and paid in full. Had to write to Head Office in Dubai for Rome to reply and I'm still awaiting a reply to whether I'm going to get my monies back. I went in February. Just had... More

Staying in Ludovisi / Via Veneto

Neighborhood Profile
Ludovisi / Via Veneto
Thanks to Fellini and La Dolce Vita, the Ludovisi and Via Veneto neighborhood earned its reputation as a posh area where gorgeous Marcellos wooed actresses and models while bored housewives hung out in streetside cafes. The cafes are still there, and so are the cocktails, but the neighborhood is now home to five-star businesses including hotels, banks, law firms, and embassies. The area is also right next to Villa Borghese, a beautiful park for sporting and cultural adventures. If you're looking for tranquility by night, this may be the place: Ludovisi and Veneto tend to shut down after 8pm.
