We stayed her for 4 nights during the last leg of our trip to Rome/Umbria. I hope you're reading this Jumeirah Grand Hotel Management, because we REALLY wanted to like the property, but there were far too many flaws that should never occur in a 5-star hotel. Service was always a hit or miss, NEVER consistent. Pros: - Great location;... More

Small, cramped and dingy room. Had a small first floor room, looking inwards at an ugly wall. Staff were polite and the hotel is well presented though, just wasn't happy with the room. Decor was quite drab too.

Fabulous experience, right up there with the best hotel experience we have ever had. Anything we requested was delivered quickly and happily. Rooms were amazing, loved the showers which were state of the art, would have liked a bath in our room but that is just a personal preference which I should have checked out first. Quiet room, comfortable beds,... More

I had the pleasure to stay at the Jumeirah Grand Hotel to celebrate a birthday and I was very impressed with the service, the room and the location. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to anyone looking for a good hotel, well positioned to explore Rome. A special thanks must go to Silvio on the door who was... More

The hotel staff was extremely accommodating and friendly. The concierge even translated instructions in Italian for me so I could have my hair done at a local salon and not have to worry about not being able to explain to the stylist what I wanted. I thought that was so nice of her since I do not speak Italian! Our... More

My husband and I have just returned from an excellent 6 night stay at the Jumeirah Grand Rome. The hotel is within minutes walk of the beautiful Villa Borghese Park and an easy walk to sites, restaurants and shops. We had a de- luxe non smoking room in the quiet location we requested. I can honestly say it was the quietest... More

It was the perfect hotel in a perfect location. We were choosing between Jumeirah and another property which was supposed to have a great view of the city from above the hills only to be dissappointed when we had dinner there. More on that on the review of the restaurant later. Jumeirah made an excellent strategy of employing gorgeous Italian... More

Unfortunately we only stayed one night after our cruise. We arrived at noon expecting to leave our cases until check- in time 2pm. The most efficient young man at reception not only upgraded us but we were able to go straight to our wonderful room overlooking the Via Venito. Everything clean and shining, great bathroom, enormous exceptionally comfortable bed, there... More

This was the largest room and bathroom of the 6 hotels we stayed at in Italy. Service was first rate - the concierge was especially helpful with our train reservations. The bed and linens were plush. Only downside was the buffet breakfast - it was quite expensive if not included in your rm - 35 euros I believe.

This property is beautifully furnished and decorated. The fabrics, carpets, and veneer selection is lavish. The food is quite good...the service is mostly good but not always. The smallest rooms, while decent size by European standards are a little cramped. The location is as good as any in Rome.
