We stayed for 3 nights May 9-12. 3 of us shared a room with 2 beds and private bath. The room was clean, comfortable but small (this is Rome, though!) Location was easy walk to the Vatican. FYI These rooms would not be suitable for wheelchair access

My opinion: - perfect position - nice room with comfortable beds - extremely clean - sufficient breakfast - the staff - very friendly, Irina was on the phone waiting for us coming - good wifi connection -... We stayed two nights in November 2013. Irina was amazing.. prompt with emails, clear with directions and very helpful in pointing out all the sights on a provided map. Room was cosy, clean, hot water heater came on fast, water pressure was great, room was comfortably heated and never stuffy. Breakfast adequate with free-flow of packaged pastries, crackers, spreads +... More

We had a wonderful one night stay at San Peter Rome B&B. Irina was every bit as fabulous as the other reviews claim. She gave us helpful tips for visiting the Vatican, restaurant recommendations, and best of all she coordinated an excellent driver service for our trip to the airport the next morning. The rooms were very clean, and you... More

Our experience here differed from others in that Irina (we assume it was her, she never introduced herself) checked us in (we had to phone and she came promptly) in a hurried, curt manner. Where others say she offered answers to questions, we had a minimal amount of interaction, and felt uncomfortable. Perhaps part of our hesitation was because we... More

I dont know where to start ... First and foremost Irina is a great hostess. B&B is very clean and quiet; in fabulous location, just 10 minutes walk from Vatican; kitchen is well equipped and each of lovely rooms is en suite. I would recommend this lovely place to anyone who wants an easy, relaxing space in a safe neighborhood.... More

My daughter and I booked with Irina for a 5 night stay and she did us proud. It was more than we'd expected. Not knowing Rome - first time visitors - we had everything to hand - she even printed out for us our Vatican museum booking page. The room was clean and the attached kitchen meant we could have...
