“To start with, not a hotel.....not even a B&B”

.....rather a house with rooms to rent out, no reception area, no communal area, no-one who speaks English, no-one on site at any time to answer questions (including how to get back into the building at night), no information about public transport or anything else for that matter........ As is it rather more than 'a short walk from the city... More

i am a 9 year old daughter and i think this is a B&B from hell(as in the devil type). on the breakfast level there are 2 inappropiate pictures for children.breakfast is bad because all it is is a bun with marsipan on top, a coffee or a hot chocolate,and a wrapped cake.San Miniato B&B is a No-Go Zone.
