I was very disappointed after reading the reviews here. The place, however, was actually really good. It is owned by a couple (around their 50s) who were very hospitable and eager to give us information about anything. It was clean. The only problem was the pour sound proofing and the earthquake-like experience of the trains leaving termini.

Yes, we did have to wait 20 minutes for the owner to come and let us in when we arrived but he couldn't have been more helpful throughout our trip. The location is great, a 2-minute walk from Termini with great bus and metro access... More

The owners of the place were not even in the hotel when we arrived and ignored all my phone calls, so we had to wait for a couple of hours until they finally picked up the phone and only to find out that our room was rented out to somebody else. They alocated us in another b&b but we basically... More

the hotel is in fact has three rooms together with one shared kitchen located on the 5th floor of an old building near the central train station of Rome. getting taxis, bus shuttle to airport or traveling through the city by train is very easy.
