We were a little worried after the negative reviews but it wasn't at all bad. Yes, we did have to wait 20 minutes for the owner to come and let us in when we arrived but he couldn't have been more helpful throughout our trip. the hotel is in fact has three rooms together with one shared kitchen located on the 5th floor of an old building near the central train station of Rome. getting taxis, bus shuttle to airport or traveling through the city by train is very easy.
