The 38 Viminale Street is one of the charming hotels we have ever been. Service is at best, staff are very friendly and helpful. Very convenient location. Rooms are very comfortable, with the shower in the bathroom that you should not miss (shower jets and chromo theraphy are fantastic). Decorated accurately with modern and luxurious touch. Good price value. High... More

Very good things to report about the 38 Viminale Street . The rooms are comfortable and attractive; the location excellent and convenient; and, most of all, the staff terrific: personable, helpful, bright and cheerful. Special shower also very good, and the rates are reasonable

Located in the center of the city, quite and comfortable place with reasonable price. Helpful service (I could check in at 10.30). Relatively small what creates nice and family atmosphere. Recommended for both business, family and tourist stay. Amzing bathroom with italian gold mosaic decoration and super special shower spa!

We stayed at 38 Viminale Street for four nights. The room was very clean and quite large and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were very nice and helpful and the location is great, being at the center but still in a quiet street. The bathroom with special jacuzzi shower was also very good. Would stay there again.

The location is great, close to old town. The hotel was recently renovated and is just opposite opera House. The staff was very kind, ready to listen and assist. My room was big enough and spotless. Wifi was free, breakfast served in nearby cafe also was o.k. Will stay again.

Travelled on a two night break to Rome. The hotel is right in the tourist area, about 5 minute walk from the Termini Central Railway Station. The area is vibrant with plenty of cafés, Bar, restaurant. Mini-market etc.. The hotel staff are very accommodating and friendly. There is a small cafè restaurant (Al palchetto) which serves excellent breakfast. Hotel guests... More

Staying in Esquilino

Neighborhood Profile
Esquilino
Old school vibe from the very beginning is the only way to describe the Esquilino neighborhood. The Esquilino takes pride in being one of the oldest areas in Rome for its key location on one of the city’s famous seven hills. From an ancient neighborhood to its modern incarnation as a multicultural hub, Esquilino always has something going on—polyglot vendors debate street artists while kids play pick-up basketball games. Look around you: this area isn’t like the historic center. Liberty architecture, large piazzas, and long boulevards mix with archaic arches, secret side alleys, and beautiful churches like Santa Maria Maggiore.
