The hotel is in the heart of Rome. All major sights within walking distance. We received a large and impressive room decorated antique style. When booking a place at the spa and sauna you get them for private use for an hour. Another thing that is quite rare in the center of Rome is that the hotel have private parking... More

Arrived at the Hotel Villa Pinciana tired and a bit grumpy after a long, boring 5 hour motorway car trip from Sorrento. Parking on site was great. Check-in breezy and welcoming. Our room was lovely, clean, high ceilings simply furnished with an outlook across roof tops and church spires. The rooftop terrace was too hot for us without shade but... More

We stayed here in June after much searching for something nice but reasonable for us and friends who had never visited Rome. We were happy to try an area new to us, the Via Veneto and were really pleased with everything at the hotel. The staff is excellent and very accommodating in helping with us with our plans. The rooms... More

We arrived in Roma, hot and tired. After finding our car service arranged by the hotel, we settled in to our drive to our accommodation. Upon arriving we were met by front desk that welcomed us kindly. Easy check in and then up to our room. Large room, lots of natural light and bright, clean ensuite bathroom with shower. Great... Stayed here for four days/nights and found it to be great value for money, excellent service, good food and hotel staff who could not do enough for us! It is situated only 5 minutes walk from the Via Veneto and only twenty five minutes walk from the main attractions, including the Colloseum and the Forum. Before arriving in Rome I... More

We stayed at Villa Pinciana for 5 nights in September 2014. A very clean and nice hotel, good breakfast for an Italian middle-class hotel. We had a lovely room with a terrace so the room felt bigger than it actually was. The location is a little bit off but taxis are cheap in Rome so not a big problem. The... More

Staying in Ludovisi / Via Veneto

Neighborhood Profile
Ludovisi / Via Veneto
Thanks to Fellini and La Dolce Vita, the Ludovisi and Via Veneto neighborhood earned its reputation as a posh area where gorgeous Marcellos wooed actresses and models while bored housewives hung out in streetside cafes. The cafes are still there, and so are the cocktails, but the neighborhood is now home to five-star businesses including hotels, banks, law firms, and embassies. The area is also right next to Villa Borghese, a beautiful park for sporting and cultural adventures. If you're looking for tranquility by night, this may be the place: Ludovisi and Veneto tend to shut down after 8pm.
