The hotel is around 10-15 kilometers from the tourist sites in Rome. If you require a quiet stay then this is suitable. However, the distance and traffic to the heart of the old city can take up to an hour's journey. The hotel is fairly modern and kept clean but is basic, not sure what the four stars contained on... A remote simple structure in the middle of nowhere! terrible experience!..that's not a hotel...you can't shower. ..closet too small. We called Expedia to request a different hotel, and guess what?...had to pay $108 euros for the call

We emailed the hotel about our shuttle pick up from the airport. They told us to ring when we arrived. We did - and waited 40 minutes before calling them again, when they told us that they had sent us a shuttle, it had picked up some other people and then left. We had been standing there looking and waiting... More

I stayed 2nights for group tour. Mordernized interior decorating and the spacious clean calm room. There's no problem about bathroom. Besides breakfast; breads, several cakes, hams, cheese, yogurt, fruits...was also tasty;D I just spend comfortable nights. However in the morning, I found we're in the middle of field :o when I went outside...I moved by tour bus so I didn't... More

We read the reviews for this hotel and we decided to book it as we were hiring a car (plenty of free car parking space is provided at this hotel you will need a SAT NAV to find this hotel). This hotel is in the middle of nowhere and I mean nowhere. It's a 20 minute drive to the nearest... More

The location of this hotel is in the middle of a rubbish filled, dis-used run-down industrial estate off a side road parallel to the motorway, a completely bizarre location for a hotel! You cannot walk anywhere from the hotel, there is nothing around the hotel whatsoever so if you are just staying overnight then its fine but if you want... More

Location is the biggest issue. Trains from Rome Termini to Ciampino train station are very unreliable. On the first day, we waited over an hour for a train that never turned up, others had waited almost 2 hours. So when we finally got a train, we ended up arriving very late. Too late for the shuttle bus that is offered... More

Not a bad hotel but nothing special. Location is remote. Rooms clean, free wifi (rare in Italy) and nice dinner (I sincerely recommend the pistachio soufle desert specialty from the chef!!) Breakfast ok 5 euro to use the pool should not be though...

PLUS:Excellent Staff at reception, quiet, clean, wireless is for free. Modern hotel. MINUS:The breakfast should be improved in quantity and quality. The Internet is for free, but is slow and drops frequently (every 15-20 minutes), so You must disconnect and reconnect again any time. CONSIDERATIONS: You need a car to get to this hotel, is not convenient to visit the town.... More

We were travelling through from Ciampino airport to Civitavechia for a cruise. Yes hotel is not in tourist position but the price, cleanliness, complimentary shuttle and the continental breakfast were all brilliant for the price (45-50) per room per night for a couple.
