A really great place to stay. Location is perfect and all the staff were really friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and had everything we needed for our time in Rome. We had both of the two bedroomed apartments. One had a slightly more spacious lounge area than the other but both were adequate. Some comfy chairs would have been... More

Just back from a long weekend and this place was a treat of a find! Would highly recommend staying - perfect location for all the sights and sounds of Rome. The room itself is great size, very clean and staff super helpful. Also close to supermarket, and lovely coffee shops to enjoy from the balcony. Will definitely stay again.

This is the fourth or fifth time I've stayed in the Dolce Vita and as always it was pretty good. Very clean, well equipped rooms and friendly helpful staff. The Vittorio Gassman apartment is probably the least favourite one I've stayed in, mainly because there isn't much natural light, only the bedroom has an external window. But that is a... More

Overall the Dolce Vita Residence was a wonderful place to stay for my 21 year old daughter and myself. However we got off to a rocky start... I had paid in full, over $1,200 for our 6 night stay (weeks earlier), and upon our 9pm arrival were told that we had NO reservation. I nearly had a heart attack! I... More

We stayed here for one night for my whole familiy. The location is superb, perfect and close to everything. Communication response is fast and quick. Check in and check out is smooth. Rooms are spacious. But pls note that for some floors, lift are not accessible, you need to tell them if you have walking difficulties. The staff are willing... More

This was our second visit to Rome and to The Dolce Vita. Rome is a great place to visit. Very walkable city with convenient public transport, interesting day trips and more history than anyone can take in. Nothing adds more to an interesting city than a wonderful place to stay and The Dolce Vita is exactly that. Welcoming staff, superior... More

We stayed 5 nights, April 30 - May 5. Our way of connecting with family during our vacation has been through text. Unfortunately Dolce Vita can not connect wifi with american phones. Or at least Apple products. My husband and I both have iPhones. We have had no problem connecting at any restaurant or cafe in Rome. The only place... More

Again we asked for the Ingrid Bergman Room, the staff are helpful in every way. The rooms are comfortable, clean and up to date. The king sized bed is wonderful, the bathrooms are updated and the security is top notch. The kitchen has everything that you need to cook and/or entertain and they stock up the Italian coffee - great.... More

Great location, 5 minutes from National Monument and Trevi Fountain, about 10 minutes to Spanish steps and Colosseum its very central and you can pretty much walk everywhere. We stayed in the Rita Hayworth Apartment, it was a great size with a small balcony on the front and a tiny one to the back, very clean with all the facilities... More

Great central location. Easy walk to Forum and Colosseum. Off a busy central piazza (good for buses), but on a quiet side lane. Lots of little side lanes spiral off from there which lead to some nice restaurants and nightlife. Very clean, modern suites. We were in Ingrid Bergman suite. Evident that a lot of effort has been put into... More

Staying in Trevi

Neighborhood Profile
Trevi
A non-stop photo and souvenir opportunity, Trevi is all about action. From early morning through the wee hours, the piazza surrounding Trevi Fountain hosts a never-ending flow of tourists hoping to make a wish or take a selfie. Clever restaurants, charming gelaterias, uncanny bars, kitsch shops, and a range of hotels make up the local landscape. Beneath the bustle are the remains of an ancient neighborhood that you can visit by heading over to a repertoire cinema and asking for a peek underground. There is something for everyone, but if peace and quiet are what you seek, plan to visit in the early morning hours.
