We stayed there for 3 days 2 nights. There were nine of us. It was our first trip to Rome ever. We booked this place based on the reviews only, so it was quite a gamble. The location is excellent. Roma Termini is just a few minutes away. There are a lot of shops and restaurants in the surrounding neighborhood.... More

The Hotel is 5 minutes away from Rome Termini, but still safe. The rooms are clean and good furnitured, The Bathroom is clean and modern. Babu (the receptionist) took care of us and helped us to find a good place in Firenze. We are thankful for this help. I recommend this Hotel.

I went at this b&b on august 2012, it is okey, don't expect too much of that place. For a short stay, it is a good place next to everything. Good location, dont underestimate little restaurants around, they are incredible good =) The termini is a few walk of there, perfect for young travellers ! Our bathroom got some issue... More

After staying four nights in this hotel, I would certainly recommend this hotel. I was staying in a double bedroom (room "mani" if I remember right) which although may not be the biggest room it is certainly big enough for two people. However, although the room is fine for friends I would recommend that this particular room is more suited... More

This hostel felt more like a hotel. Rooms were very stylish and comfortable. Air conditioner was awesome!! The hostel is in a great location and was easy to access piublic transit. There is no communal kitchen nor any cooking facilities in the room and I did not like this aspect. My only complaint was the staff. The manager was friendly... More

The most important thing in this hotel was clean and it had comfortable bed to sleep well after a long day out, wifi also available for free. We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights, our room was decorated with simple IKEA design. We were given tokens or vouchers for Breakfast at one of the coffee shops nearby the pastries... More

The good thing was definitely the location, really close to Termini station, and the fact that it's a new place so things look clean. But other than that, I arrived and found out that they overbooked and I had to stay in a hostel next door. Wouldn't be a problem, but I had to change my room in the morning,... More

If you are not looking for a luxury stay and just need the basics- clean room, clean bathroom, good shower and decent location this is the place. We went there in July so the rate was a little cheaper than the peak rate in September but still we were only paying 22 eur per person per night. There were 3... More

Location was great, two or three blocks down from Termini. Nice little building, greeted by the ever friendly Babu. Rooms were plain but clean. Babu went to great lengths to ensure that our air conditioning was working. Bathrooms were clean, and we had clean towels. Only downside is that the wifi can't really be accessed in our rooms, we had... More

This was quite a bit different than what I expected. It is not labelled from the street, so you have to look at the street numbers. We finally found the place after walking past it twice and someone helped us find it. It is just part of another building, so you have to look for it as you would an... More
