Rooms are small but tidy and location is very good- we walked everywhere, but it also has a metro station near-by and bus stops. Breakfast is not the best but coffee was very good and it was plentiful. All in all a good experience.

For 4 stars I was very unimpressed. The room was clean but they had pushed 2 single beds together and tried to call it a double. The shower could barely fit 1 person it at a time and you can constantly hear the sewerage in pipes behind wall as people flush toilets. The wifi was awful and cut out constantly... More

This review is for the hotel's restaurant only. We did not stay in the hotel. I am generally skeptical of hotel restaurants because I think they tend to be overpriced and culinarily unremarkable. I felt especially so about this one, because it is in such a retail-oriented and touristy neighborhood, and with relatively high end retail. We ate here because... More

Very good location close to the River Tiber, midway between the Vatican (20mins) and Piazza del Popolo (10mins), the Lepanto metro station (5 mins), and the airport shuttle bus (10 mins) which is great value at 6 euros pp each way. Takes 45 mins, traffic permitting, to/from Fiumicino Airport. A modern hotel, everything is up to date, great room, free... More

I would not recommend Twentyone Hotel as a place to stay when visiting Rome. Whenever we passed the front desk, we were never greeted….customer service was definitely lacking! Two of the six mornings we were forced to endure cold showers due to a problem with the water. The room constantly smelled of over-used strong cleaning products and perfume ‘piped’ in... More

Nice hotel with a modern decor. Rooms are a decent size, bathroom was nice, everything was was and tidy. Finishing were good and staff helpful. Breakfast was a must do, food was nice but found it hard to find anywhere else nearby at affordable prices so would reccomend booking room and breakfast. Location was good, short walk to central locations,... More

One of the few modern decorated hotels in Rome, rooms are very comfortable to sleep in. Location is ideal since it's close to the Vatican and main places in the center of Rome. Some staff are very helpful. Too bad the restaurant does not open in time as it should in the morning, I saw some guests could not have... More

After checking in been given a junior suite for first night due to maintenance wrk, had to move to ordinary double second night for rest of stay. Persuaded by restaurant staff Ollie to spend and celebrate New Years eve in restaurant at hotel. We did not fancy menu for that evening so as quoted on their information sheet we booked... More

Visited twice this year in Summer 2014. I use Hotel Twentyone as my base in Roma. The location is great, the Cinema, many bars and shops are only a few steps away on Via Cola di Rienzo. The staff are very helpful, this year no exception. In 2013 the food at breakfast was poor, this year is much improved. There... More

The hotel location is great, the size of the room ( 509) was very good, and the best thing was the quietness... I could not hear a noise. The only downfall of this room is that it was really dark. the furniture is dark and the lighting in the room is really week. For a woman , in the bathroom... More

Staying in Prati

Neighborhood Profile
Just steps away from the chaos of the center, Prati is the closest Rome gets to calm. Meticulously planned in a neat grid, quite unlike neighboring Borgo, Prati is a local favorite for its aesthetic organization and wide streets lined with a range of boutiques for every shopping fantasy. Nonnis pushing baby carriages and gossiping teens own every inch of the sidewalk, but that’s only during business hours. Once the sun sets, quirky sidestreet bars celebrate aperitivo hour, those evening cocktails that help wash away the tensions of Roman life.
