Giovanni was the most wonderful host. From the moment he arrived he couldn't be more helpful He advised us of routes and ways to make the most of our limited time in the city. I fell and sprained my ankle and can honestly say that without his help we wouldn't have been able to enjoy the rest of our holiday.... More

We stayed here for one night. Was greeted by the owner who helped us carry our luggage up the stairs. We didn't know when we booked that it was such a tiny hotel, only one floor consisting of 4 rooms. Very personal and we loved it. Nice and clean. Complementary snack in the room and drinks in the fridge a... More

Our host was very helpful and friendly in giving us directions and ideas about where to go in the city. Room was basic but comfortable and clean. Would highly recommend to anyone whose emphasis is on seeing the many sights rather than lounging. The location is perfect and The Roman Forum and Colosseum are within a 10-minute walk. Bus stop... This little family-run hotel has been re-opened in 2014 after total reconstruction. The rooms are lovely, all with private bathrooms. The space in intimate and nicely decorated, and in the very heart of Rome, near to the Traian Markets. New owners are very helpful! Highly recommended :)

Room was spacious (for rome) with a coffee machine, and snacks for breakfast. Very handy since Italians generally don't sit down for breakfast! Walking distance to termini station, but definately recommend a taxi if you have a few bags. A 15 min trip took almost an hour after getting lost and struggling with our heavy bags over the cobblestone streets.... More

Great location of the place, walking distance of the termini busstation and every historical site in the centre. Very clean, spacious room. Coffee, delicious almond biscottis and a few drinks included. Very friendly, helpful and hospitable owner. Next time we go to Rome, we will again stay at Sweat Dreams, no doubt.

I flew into Rome and my flight was delayed so I didn't manage to arrive until about 2.30am, but Giovanni was still there waiting for me. Giovanni took the time to explain to us the best places to visit and gave good advice. The rooms were clean and well presented. Fantastic location, you can walk everywhere from here and there... The hotel took us a while to find as it is in a traditional apartment block onthe very busy via nazionale but When we arrived it was lovely. They even accommodated for us arriving early. Once we arrived we were given a really in... More

I stayed with my mom for four nights and we had the best time. Everything that you need to see is near this hotel. And to the Vatican you just have to take the 64 bus right outside the hotel! If you need silence to sleep it maybe difficult for you to have a room with window to Via Nazionale,... More
