Actually i haven't been to hotel like this. So first time, surprised little bit. Maybe it's feature in italy. it's wasn't service as like hotel. But location and cleanliness are not bad.

Excellent small hotel in a good and quite location. The service was good, everyone was very friendly and helpful. I can highly recommend this place to all who want to have fun in Rome!!!

The room/bathroom were clean but the mattress was really old and my back really suffered! We were very disappointed with this B & B. It is described as a beautifully decorated and romantic B & B. Which it is not. It is in an apartment block, next to a busy road.
