Stayed here for 3 nights last week. It's a lovely little hotel. We had a nice size room. The beds were very comfortable after a long day of sightseeing. The hotel is a short distance away from the termini station and therefore easy to reach by public transport. It is also close to some great restaurants and a lovely ice... More

After reading trip advisor reviews we stayed at the Capitolium Rooms in Rome. It is a great value small hotel. We had a triple room which while small (though have been in smaller in Europe) it was very comfortable and clean with good ensuite. Good value price from the internet which included continental breakfast with lovely pastries. If you expect... More

Our party consisted of three children aged 10,12 and 14,along with three adults. The hotel was convieniently situated with easy access to the Metro and within walking distance of most of the main sites. The service we experienced was excellent delivered in a most friendly manner. Our children were made very welcome. There were good and reasonably priced retaurants nearby.... More

This place was great. We didn't mind the walk/bus to get to the central Rome area. The staff were wonderful. Our room was large, with the most comfortable bed. The area was so quiet, it was great. We used the local restaurants on our road and they were so cheap:) Don't worry about the 'look' of the neighbourhood, seriously safe... More

This place is the ideal mix of the homeliness of an apartment, with the convienence of hotel services, reception staff, breakfast, and housekeeping. Make sure you get one of Rooms 1 to 5 as these look out over the beautiful garden at the back, I think there is only one room (6) that doesn't have the view. The place is... More

Capitolium Rooms was well presented and as expected from other reviews. Our room overlooked the gardens behind the building and this was a real treat as we had no street noise. Linens and bathroom were excellent and the room was spacious. Being located on the 2nd floor of an apartment building the lift was welcomed. Take note of the street... More

Really enjoyed our stay at The Capitolium Rooms this week. Never visited Rome before and can honestly say it was very clean, well looked after and comfortable. Monica on reception speaks very good English and was keen to help us with all aspects of our trip from helping us find a good restaurant and confirming our bookings with other companies... More

There was three of us -- me and two teenage kids --- stayed in the family room for 5 nights July 10-20. Monica and others working there were really nice. We got back from being out early morning (waking up early because of residual jet lag) and got back late (after 10 am) for the modest continental breakfast, and the... More

I chose Capitolium based on price, location and TripAdvisor reviews. Monica convinced me to use her arranged driver from FCO instead of taking the express train to Termini and walking. It was the right move for me and my two kids - €45 vs €14 x 3 = €42. Our flight was redirected due to an emergency but after a... More

Just returned from a fabulous 4 night stay at the Capitolium Rooms in Rome and would return without a doubt. Very good value for money and just a few minutes walk from Termini station.... a perfect location if you have a late arrival or early morning departure from the station. The hotel is located on the second floor of a... More
