We stayed there three years ago. It was very nice place. You can feel yourself like home. The room was clean and cosy. The hotel has great location and is quite near to bus stops. The staff were friendly. Also Italian breakfast is nice and adaquate. The room's price is affordable. We enjoyed our stay.

My family and I stayed at Cesar Palace this July. We have a fantastic holiday and I recommend this hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful and Cesar Palace is well positioned and you can catch a bus to all the major tourist attractions and the bus stop is practically outside. There is also a supermarket opposite which is great for... More

A nice to stay hotel, about 30 minutes on foot from city center, but with a metro station in 5-10 minutes and a bus stop outside. Another pros is that there is a super market opposite the hotel. A problem was that we had not WiFi in the room; we had to go to the hall for having connection.

We stayed here for 2 nights May 14-15th. The host, Benedict, was very friendly and made sure we had a comfortable stay. The rooms were clean and cosy. There was free wi fi. A bit of noise from the street, but overall it was good value for money.

We stayed in Rome for 2 nights in Cesar palace guesthouse. Our stay was very good. The room was basic but fantastic for its price. It was very clean with a good quality bed, air conditioning and a cute little balcony. The bathroom was very clean and we really enjoyed our stay. The reception men were fantastic and were beyond... Good place, really clean, good located, but little noisy. The staff are friendly and helpful. Against it is located a supermarket. The hotel is suitable for friends journey and business trip. The internet connection is also good. Only the elevator is strange and sometimes the in the morning there is no enough staff for the breakfast.

We stayed in this hotel for 4 days in June 2014- we were aiming for budget accommodation, which this hotel definitely is; rooms were clean, beds were OK for sleeping, yes Nomentana street is very noisy Problem of this hotel is personnel/management: - we were given a room of another "hotel" in the same building - Fitzroy Roma. It was... More

We stayed at the hotel for four nights and enjoyed our stay. The hotel is in a building shared by other businesses and residences. Our room had a small balcony, air conditioning, an en suite bathroom, and plenty of room for our luggage. We booked a room with breakfast and received a voucher each day for a croissant and coffee... knowing nothing about Rome, and only using a map to pick a location we were thrilled with Cesar Palace Guesthouse. Staff were extremely helpful, the room was very clean as was all linen. We had a balcony as part of our room which was great. There was a lift which was perfect foe the 5th floor location. Food and transport... More
