Stayed here in August 2015 as part of our Honeymoon. Really great place with nice rooms, good beds and in a really good location. Stopped for 4 nights just off the Spanish steps and around a 5min walk to the subway made for a excellent base for exploring the city. Checking in and out was simple and nothing was too... More

cannot be better placed and is extremely good value. personnel is always ready to help and the smile of Giuseppe was a nice greeting. the only disadvantage is not having breakfast on the premises but the cafes around offer a very good choice

A great boutique hôtel with lovely rooms and lovely staff. We came as a family and had 2 rooms that although were not interconnecting, shared a hallway with a door that could close to both. The second room was well sized to fit our 3 kids. The staff were particularly helpful and we really appreciated the friendly service & advice... More

Hi Amanda. Thank you for your kind words about Mario de’ Fiori 37. As we designed our rooms to accommodate families, we’re glad that the 2nd room was comfortable for your children. We normally replenish our bathroom amenities so will investigate what happened. Yes, we think Giuseppe and Donatella are wonderful too! Best regards, The Management Team More

With just 48 hours to see the sights of Rome, we wanted to find a hotel that was both central to the sights and within easy access of Termini station (and airport connections). Mario de' Fiori 37 turned out to be a great choice - 10 minutes from Termini (using the metro) and right next to the main shopping area... More

after many many trips to Rome, we decided to look at a boutique hotel rather than the luxury big hotels and found Mario De' Fiori 37. Giuseppe has been wonderful. Excellent recommendations and always available. We call this hotel "our apartment in Rome". It has most of the luxury appointments of leading five star hotels while feeling very personal and... A wonderful weekend spent at this hotel, lovely staff and a perfect location. An exceptional selection of restaurants nearby, as recommended by the staff and known from previous visits. I wouldn't stay in any other area, and this hotel is the best I've found.

Our family stayed for five days and nights in this lovely boutique hotel. You can't beat the location: a block away from the Spanish Steps, several trattorias along via Mario dé Fiori, delis along via della Croce, a few blocks aways from via dei Condotti and del Corso for shopping. We would go back to rest for a few minutes... More

Great location, very quiet, clean and well-kept rooms, close to all the sites and the guide provided was so useful for brilliant places to eat, drink and shop. The only drawback is the lack of a restaurant but with so many good places around you, you don't need it. I'd go back in a flash.

Staying in Campo Marzio

Neighborhood Profile
Campo Marzio
From its original role as ancient army training fields to its present-day identity as one of the city’s most desirable neighborhoods, the Campo Marzio is the best place to get lost in Rome. Gorgeous Renaissance and Baroque palazzos line the streets, and are filled with enticing boutiques and food shops. By day, Rome’s best-dressed denizens criss-cross its streets in a fashionable parade of errands, occasionally pausing to look fabulous in gorgeous piazzas like San Lorenzo in Lucina. Campo Marzio can be a bit of a sleeper after aperitivi hour (9pm), so visit by day and experience the pulse of daytime Rome.
