The Baci de Roma is a revamped large apartment with seperate rooms (each with private bathroom). We found our three night stay to be really comfortable and had the large room at the end of the corridor with the Rome detail and beautiful ceiling. Patrizia was very accomodating ans spoilt us with champagne for ur honeymoon. We also enjoyed the... More

The place is nice , big spacious room and large bed . Tv is waste cause no English channels but not here to watch tv anyway , very close to metro underground and tram station . Not to far away from the colosseum by foot . Breakfast is a sugary croissant with custard so that wasn't the best to thing... More

Thank you for your review and I am very sorry for the problem of television, but it happened to me when I was in London (there were only english language programs) and also in Spain, the only Spanish-language programming. Regarding the bathroom I am sorrowful but you could tell me and I would have advised that it was enough to... More

We had a great 3 night stay in Baci da Roma! Patrizia and Jane are so friendly and helpful, and made our stay in Rome enjoyable. We had th smallest and cheapest room, and it was all you needed. The tooms are kept extremely clean. Breakfast was a coupon for the local cafe on the corner for a croissant and... More

I stayed in this accomodation for four nights in April 2014. The owner is an Italian lady who speaks a good English. She was very reliable and gave us some information about attractions in Rome. The room itself was very clean and I liked the design. It got cleaned every day which means that we had to leave at 10/10.30... More

There are just few cookies and coffee for breakfast, served in your room. If you arive much later then 22.00, you will be asked to pay... More

I and my boyfriend have stayed there for 3 days, at the beginning of our trip. First of all, from the first day of our reservation to the check- in time, the manager Patrizia sent us very explanatory e-mails about the directions to the hotel as well as reminding the reservation time to us. Jane, the service woman, welcomed us... More

Patrizia and her assistant, Jane (if I'm not mistaken) were very helpful and friendly during our 3 days stay in the lovely b&b. It was quite tricky looking for this b&b but I'm sure with Patrizia's instructions prior to arrival will do just fine. Nothing much in this area but at least it is away from the crowd in the... Staying in Esquilino

Neighborhood Profile
Old school vibe from the very beginning is the only way to describe the Esquilino neighborhood. The Esquilino takes pride in being one of the oldest areas in Rome for its key location on one of the city’s famous seven hills. From an ancient neighborhood to its modern incarnation as a multicultural hub, Esquilino always has something going on—polyglot vendors debate street artists while kids play pick-up basketball games. Look around you: this area isn’t like the historic center. Liberty architecture, large piazzas, and long boulevards mix with archaic arches, secret side alleys, and beautiful churches like Santa Maria Maggiore.
