Location is wonderful- 5 mins walk to the Vatican and St Peter's, metro 20 metres from from door, great bars and restaurants close by. Room is basic but clean, good AC, hair dryer provided. Not 5 star but breakfast delivered to room every morning from 8am. Alice extremely helpful with map and highlighting things to do and places to go.... More

The location is perfect- 1 minute after leaving metro you are in your room, so no need to carry heavy luggage. 10 minutes of nice walk to Vatican, a lot of bars and restaurants nearby. perfect for a quick stop in rome, although i wished we could have stayed longer. location is excellent. alice was very accomodating and very hands-on with her guests. hope she would allow us to stay at her B&B again when we return to rome in the future.
