i've been there in a city breack with my boyfriend and it was the perfect place to be! First of all the position is great, Exactly at the exit of metro Station Ottaviano - Vatican City, a lot of shops close by, restaurants, the Vatican, half an hour walking from the Colloseum, but still in the center of the city.... Very clean and tidy rooms, in a very convenient location (the metro station is steps away, the Vatican is 5 minutes walking). Breakfast is served in the room. Alice was very kind and helpful, and gave us all the necessary information about the city. Definately recommended.

Great location, with the Vatican at 5 min walking distance and the subway just in front of the door. The owner, Alice, was really nice and helpful, allowing us to check-in late at night and providing all the info we needed to explore the city. The rooms are simple but have everything you need. The breakfast is served in the... More

We stayed for 5 nights, and were very happy with our choice. Clean and comfortable, and above all an excellent location - steps away from a Metro station, 5 minutes' walk to the Vatican. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Alice, the owner, was very welcoming, and her staff were very pleasant too. Breakfast is served in your room -... More

First of all I would like to thank Alice for the excellent hospitability and warm welcome. The location is very convenient literally just in front of the metro. The room and bath are just like in a hotel whereas the kitchen & the use of fridge make you feel at home. Wifi works perfect. I'd highly reccomend here for the... More

Very enjoyable little accommodation just a short walk from the Vatican. ( So close you can return to your room for a break in the middle of the day) Alice was very helpful and accommodating. She arranged a pick up at the airport and for 45 E we were whisked to the hotel. There was a double booking problem (... More

Julius Caesar B&B is a very nice place to stay. I stayed 6 days in this hotel with my boyfriend. Our room was beautiful, comfortable and very clean. The kitchen we shared with the other rooms was also clean and it had almost everything you need for your breakfast. Apart from that we were finding every day some goods (nutella,... More

Location is wonderful- 5 mins walk to the Vatican and St Peter's, metro 20 metres from from door, great bars and restaurants close by. Room is basic but clean, good AC, hair dryer provided. Not 5 star but breakfast delivered to room every morning from 8am. Alice extremely helpful with map and highlighting things to do and places to go.... More

We had a great 3 night stay at this friendly B&B in July. Yes, it is not a 5 star hotel but for the money we think it was an excellent choice. Alice the owner was extremely friendly and helpful and met us on arrival, explaining everything we needed to know in detail. She even arranged a transfer from the... More

Staying in Prati

Neighborhood Profile
Prati
Just steps away from the chaos of the center, Prati is the closest Rome gets to calm. Meticulously planned in a neat grid, quite unlike neighboring Borgo, Prati is a local favorite for its aesthetic organization and wide streets lined with a range of boutiques for every shopping fantasy. Nonnis pushing baby carriages and gossiping teens own every inch of the sidewalk, but that’s only during business hours. Once the sun sets, quirky sidestreet bars celebrate aperitivo hour, those evening cocktails that help wash away the tensions of Roman life.
