This was one of the cheaper hotels to stay in Rome hence why I picked it. It's not bad for the money. The location is just outside the central touristy part of Rome - about 20min walk to the Colosseum and further to the Trevi fountain and Spanish Steps. Recommend to get the metro to the Vatican. Needed to get a taxi or walk for long distances as local transport poor. Getting ripped off by taxi from station didn't help. Staff not particularly helpful for everything...in all, our worst hotel for our Europe trip....would stay closer to Spanish Steps next time...pay a little more. more
