We just came back from Rome and Glatimia :). Giulia deserves all the thanks and good existing words, as she was really awesome. So helpful with anything we needed and asked for. A+ for her and for the way this accomodation is kept. The strongest PRO arguments in giving the Excellent for this accomodation are: the cleanliness, the location (... More

We had a lovely 4 days stay in Glatimia. The location is very ideal, clode to Vatican. But Rome is a small city and we walked everywhere. It is a really good neighbourhood with historical buidings and lots of restaurants. Guilia and her mother were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was usual Italian breakfast with lots of sweet things... More

We had a great stay. It is in a good place close to the Vatican and the metro system so getting around is not a problem. The room was spacious with a good bathroom. The host Guilia was very helpful, nothing seemed a problem for her. Would thoroughly recommend it as a place to stay.

I had the change to stay only for 2 days with my parents for a weekend but they continued staying for another 3... Very close to Vatican, perfectly situated, 3 minutes to metro station, quiet nice place... Also the price is perfect... Host Guilia is very welcoming and helpful. I strongly suggest anyone to visit Rome... I am a frequent... More

Very welcoming and helpful staff (Giulia) who e-mailed us with directions to the hotel a week before our arrival in Rome. Giulia was also accommodating and considerate. We arrived slightly outside of the normal check-in times but she waited around to hand over the keys. We also left very early in the morning and she left a breakfast basket for... More

Giulia, who runs the B&B could not have been more helpful. Originally booked two rooms in Feb 2012 and until our arrival on May 6th she stayed in contact with us through e-mail/telephone. This was not our first stay in Rome, and when we return - we will be returning to the Glatimia. The accomodations were excellent and the breakfast... More

We booked here based on reviewer comments and were really disappointed with the accommodation! I'm sure the mattress was full of rocks; breakfast consisted of 2 packages of dried toast, a sticky "bun" and one cup of tea delivered on a tiny tray to your room. The room was small, cold and not very clean...the hotel was very difficult to... More

I spent only one night here and I was impressed with the service and comfort of the hotel (I did find the bed a bit hard, though). The ladies who run the hotel and kind and considerate; they waited around past the appointed time to meet my sister and give her the keys. Breakfast was delightful (pastry, juice, coffee and... Staying in Prati

Neighborhood Profile
Prati
Just steps away from the chaos of the center, Prati is the closest Rome gets to calm. Meticulously planned in a neat grid, quite unlike neighboring Borgo, Prati is a local favorite for its aesthetic organization and wide streets lined with a range of boutiques for every shopping fantasy. Nonnis pushing baby carriages and gossiping teens own every inch of the sidewalk, but that’s only during business hours. Once the sun sets, quirky sidestreet bars celebrate aperitivo hour, those evening cocktails that help wash away the tensions of Roman life.
